After a non fault claim I was approached by this company, apparently on behalf of the fault party insurers. Bare in mind i was hospitalised with multiple fractures and on morphine. They were insistent that I should make a claim immediatly, and that it should be via them. When I asked some questions and tried to establish exactly what aspect they were representing, personnal injury, medial rehabiliation etc, they became very short and basically said "lets not waste each other times, I have to start a claim now, if you do not want to i will respond to another call" talk about pushy, I mean you called me and I was just seeking clarity for my morphine addled brain before commiting to representation for major legal proceedings - would stay clear.... Mega!! Bold word to use but justified that I used Solicitors Direct on the purchase of my first house and again to move house. A long process all in all at no fault of the Solicitors directly but accommodations were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. If I needed to chew Emma or Alex's ear about anything throughout the process they were nothing but friendly and happy to assist. I will 100% use them again in the future should I move house again and if anyone asks for any recommendations I will definitely put there names at the top of the recommendation list. Poor communication throughout the process and made several errors that could’ve cost me money on conveyancing fees. The worst of it all was that they signed up to something on my behalf that I wasn’t made aware of. This meant my money was held up and not accessible to me which resulted in a financial loss....
