Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free. However, the property itself was not as clean as expected upon moving in, and it took some time and effort to get it to a comfortable standard. Overall, I appreciate Cathy’s excellent service and support, but I hope more attention is given to property cleanliness in the future.

21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Emily and her team certainly outshine their rivals- Ben Rose Estates regarding communication, efficiency and attention to detail. Their valuations appear realistic and they describe their properties with accuracy. The gentleman who did 2 of the viewings was polite, informative and clearly had experience. He offered impartialed and practical advice, which I have never received. Unfortunately, the properties I viewed did not meet my needs as I would have preferred to give Entwistle Green the custom! 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

They generated lots of interest in the property which was sold on the first day of sale. There were thorough checks to onboard the property and the staff kept us informed of every development. 100% recommend.
