Farrell and Heyworth were great when the house was put on the market. They organised lots of viewings and were good with negotian on price. After sales their communication was not as good. We went with solicitors that they recommended and the communication between both parties was pretty poor at the beginning. So next time I would probably just find my own solicitors. However overall they have been a good estate agent; which you would expect for their cost.... Read more
