The professionals at Southams have been fantastic from our very first visit to view rental listings at their location two years ago. Their team personally facilitated our successful let of two large homes, at different periods of time where the possibility of meeting our housing requirements were next to impossible--even up until one month ago. Southams is comprised of excellent professionals that are highly knowledgeable of the real estate market. Their team is very approachable, responsive, accommodating, and personable. Highly recommend!!

I rented a house in Oundle for 18 months through Southams and I have to report a thoroughly positive experience. Any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally, and at the end of the let my deposit was returned within a week, which I thought was excellent.
