We just completed on our sale a week ago with Frank Modern, our primary contact was Morgan. Initially I had 3 pitches and quotes from agents and although FM weren't the cheapest I'm a big believer in 'you get what you pay for' and they didn't disappoint. The quality of the images/3d rendering and media presence was excellent. Our property sold very quickly but problems down chain meant the process dragged on for several months, Morgan worked very hard during that time to ensure everything stayed on track and kept us informed every step of the way. A first class experience from beginning to end. Genuinely, Mike’s approach to selling homes surpasses far beyond any other estate agents model I have engaged with. We had tried other local agents and then took our house off the market for some time. Before we took it off we had met Mike. We knew that when we did put it on the market we would go with Frank Modern, and we were already sure it would sell quickly, and it did. Most importantly for me though is communication and Morgan was proactive throughout the process. Super professional and friendly people.
Fantastic communication/follow ups – answering all the queries immediately, answering all the question and great portal where you can track your viewings, offers made and updates on them.
On top of that the best viewing experience I ever had, and I had quite few as been searching for property to buy for last couple of months.
Plus, that human side that is so important when you are trying to buy your forever home. I was stressed, nervous and had lots of worries about the process and people working for FM were always helpful and understanding.
Thank you for everything, not only for great buying experience but also for outstanding people skills and care that is so unique these days. I felt like you really care about customer, and I definitely felt looked after.
There is so many big agencies on the market in Peterborough and they have so much to learn from you.

Unfortunately, I see only good opinions here. I cannot give a good opinion because we had an unpleasant situation. We gave our offer to buy a house, the agency contacted the owner and the owner agreed to the offer and the employee of the agency said that he would remove the house from the website because we had made a deal. We started everything to prepare the documents for the house as soon as possible, everything happened very quickly and there was a lot of stress and nerves. A few days later, the agent from the agency called and informed us that someone had given a higher amount for the house that we had already bought because as I wrote earlier, we had already set everything up but it turned out that the agency did not remove the house from the website, of course we were not informed about it. In my opinion, what happened was not professional. I do not recommend and I hope that no one will experience such a situation because it was not nice, on the contrary, there was a lot of stress to prepare all the documents.

We tried a number of established estate agents before finding Frank Modern. Initial discussions were very matter of fact and realistic in terms of what we could expect as part of their service. From the start, there was a level of professionalism that we had not experienced from other agents. This was evident when the photographer arrived and proceeded to spend over 4 hours taking still and drone footage of our property, and which was complemented by a virtual walk through. However, the real stand out from this experience was Morgan. Having had a somewhat challenging time during our purchase, Morgan was able to manage the situation and keep all parties updated and onside. We purchased a house being advertised through Frank Modern and they put our own agent to shame. From the moment we viewed the house to completion their professional approach was evident.
Further up the chain we hit a minor problem and Morgan and her team went above and beyond in keeping us updated, I really can’t praise them enough.
My own estate agent used an external progression team and the updates from them was few and sparce, I’m sure the chain would have collapsed without Morgan from Frank Modern.
Daily phone updates sometimes twice a day and sometimes even after 5:30pm, if they said they would call you back they did. If I could give extra stars I would, this is one of the easiest 5 star ratings I’ve ever given.

Well there are Estate Agents and there's Frank Modern. Following a previously bad experience with another chain of Agents I was recommended Frank Modern. Right from the off, they were professional in their approach, honest and worked very hard to ensure completion of the property. We were regularly updated, requests for info etc., passed on and dealt with. Just a great bunch of people, very good at what they do, and I felt like I was a customer not just another number.

I would like to share some feedback with my recent experience with FM agency.
From the bottom of my heart, I can say it is the best agency I have ever dealt with.
I do not even know where to start to praise you enough.
Super professional and friendly people.
Fantastic communication/follow ups – answering all the queries immediately, answering all the question and great portal where you can track your viewings, offers made and updates on them.
On top of that the best viewing experience I ever had, and I had quite few as been searching for property to buy for last couple of months.
Plus, that human side that is so important when you are trying to buy your forever home. I was stressed, nervous and had lots of worries about the process and people working for FM were always helpful and understanding.

We sold our house through Frank Modern Estate agency in August 2022. We have always wanted to live out in the country and decided to put our property into very good hands with Frank Modern. Their service is second to none, right from the beginning of our journey through to the final stages of moving. The pictures taken and the virtual video for our property were true and gave our house justice. They organised multiple viewings on one Saturday which worked extremely well as this also took the pressure off us due working full time. They provide an App service where you can actually see the confirmed viewings along with any offers on the property, which I found very exciting! The customer service from the very beginning like I said, was on point as you can appreciate moving is very stressful. Every time we rang up to discuss or expand on any questions we needed answering, Frank Modern didn’t take long to respond via email or phone. Another device they used which I found extremely useful was setting up a WhatsApp group updating us on our progress throughout our journey. We were on holiday at the beginning of the sales process so having the WhatsApp facility was paramount for us as we were given updates throughout our holiday. We would not hesitate to ask Frank Modern if we ever decided to move again, thank you so much.

Where so we start with this fantastic company.
First, the people, everyone we dealt with, especially Michael and Morgan, were upfront, honest and attentive to our needs throughout the whole process.
Second, the technology and their processes were a breath of fresh air, from the initial strongly researched property sales history in our area, to the in detail photography (including drone) and subsequent presentation. Every step of the process was clearly explained and we felt so comfortable throughout.
The WhatsApp group was a real help and another sign of them grasping the latest technologies to aid the whole process.

The service provided by Frank Modern is truly second to none. Our situation was not ideal and our purchase far from typical, but the team worked tirelessly to assist in any way they could.
Most importantly the communication was constant. Every phone call was answered (by a person not a machine). Each person spoke fluently about our case, giving my wife and I the confidence that it was discussed and held with importance. Also, I lost count of the times they would contact me to update me on each individual aspect, knowing what that would mean to us.
I believe this was the same for all parties involved, having joked with my conveyancers that they are now surprised that their phone does not ring half as much by someone chasing up our case. Had it not been for Morgan in particular, our purchase would have most likely taken far longer than it did.
I believe they may have broken the mould and wish them every success for the future.

Having tried to sell my house previously with all the local agents with no joy I wasn’t hopefully – in the time it was on with the likes of Firm & CO, Connels and Regal Park we had minimal interest for one reason or another and minimal contact. However, from the off Frank Modern were different and a cut above. First off was meeting with Michael to discuss the property and their strategy – one which is based on proactivity and action as opposed to waiting to see who is interested. Within a few days we had roughly 15 viewings and multiple offers - all over asking price which was brilliant – Michael and Callum did a great job of showing the property. They were on hand to guide and advise on the offers to ensure we got the best one for all parties.
Once the sale was agreed the service didn’t stop there and I had regular updates from the team – mainly Morgan who was fantastic, keeping me in the loop with regards to my buyers and also my onward sale right up until completion.
Without doubt the team at Frank Modern are a cut above the rest and bring a fresh approach the local estate agency scene needs. When the time comes to sell again Michael and Frank Modern will be my first call - I couldn’t recommend highly.

They and that's the whole term pushed and managed my house sale through sometimes to the annoyance of solicitors . Without these guys I would be in a 12 month plus sales cycle. From the start to finish, the team at Frank Modern could not do enough for us. There communication is second to none, every step of the process we knew exactly what was going on. They are also caring and compassionate. Callum was brilliant at showing our house and made us feel comfortable leaving him in charge of the house. Having decided to sell our home back in September i got in touch with Frank Modern. From day one they were simply fantastic! I wasn't able to meet Mike at the valuation due to work commitments, but he kindly took the time to meet me after work to discuss price and marketing. Within two days of instructing them, the professional photos and video tour had been done. 24 hours after this (prior to marketing) the viewings started flooding in. Callum was lovely and committed - showing clients around until 7pm on Friday and back again on the Saturday morning at 7.30am for another five hours of viewings! What more could you want from your Estate Agent?? By Monday morning i had accepted an offer, which was over the asking price. The hard work certainly didn't stop there; Callum then chased the sale through to completion. In less that 8 weeks we were moved out and into our new property. I can not thank Mike, Morgan & Callum enough. An excellent & stress free experience.

I found myself in a position of selling a property that was 100 miles away under a difficult situation.To start with Michael who I had never met or heard of before was so helpful finding outside help such as decorators etc. Was extremely helpful with advice on the sale of the property.
After an offer had been accepted after only 5 days on the market, Morgan then took over. I have never experienced such continued communication , helpfulness from estate agents in the past and we have moved many times in our married life.
This professional experienced couple who are Frank Modern deserve to do so well.....if you're considering an Agent, please don't go anywhere else but them.

The team at Frank Modern are exceptionally amazing, full of honest and genuine people! Everytime I have called, I have been given alot of their time and treated with alot of respect.
OThe way they market properties is different to anyone I've seen before, so you're not only getting one of the best estage agents out there, your getting one of the good ones run by good people :)
As a buyer, it's a big investment to buy a home especially in today's market, and Frank Modern really get that. They are very transparent which is rare to come across nowadays.
I am quiet chatty, so I have got to know the team a little better over time. They have the right ethics, which many people in this industry don't have, and have always gone above & beyond what any agent would normally do for a buyer (or a potential seller).
Micheal has been my contact for anything selling related, and he is extreamly efficient, knowledgeable & realistic in his approach.
Callum is an asset to this company, and he is currently helping us look to buy. He is extreamly kind and friendly, while maintaing a proffesional manner. I always feel like I've called a friend because he will give you the most honest advice & alot of his time without asking for anything in return. He has a great working relationship with alot of other proffesionals in the industry in the area, so when you are recomended someone by them, you know they will be just a reliable and trusting :)

Really brilliant experience with Frank Modern. I had my flat on sale with another estate agent for 3 months with only 4 viewings before switching, but Frank Modern managed to sell it in under a month.
They were brilliant at keeping us up to date on how things were going both during the sales process and after we'd found a buyer and have made the whole process super easy and stress free.
