When we first enlisted Paul from Norton and Rickett to help sell our bungalow, it had already been listed with another agent for a year without any progress. Paul promptly set to work and suggested a new strategy. He arranged for a professional photographer to revamp the property's visual presentation. We visited their office and met Nick, who, along with Paul, spearheaded the sale of our bungalow.
I soon noticed that the fresh perspectives from both Nick and Paul were attracting potential buyers to our property. Eventually, we found the ideal buyer. Unlike many estate agents who typically hand over the process to solicitors, Nick and Paul actively collaborated with Joan and me to finalize the deal. Throughout the process, Nick maintained communication with both us and the buyer to ensure everything moved smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough; they are truly professional individuals.

I would highly recommend Norton Rickett estate agents. Nick and Paul took the stress out of selling my home and their guidance and advice was invaluable. In 2019/20 we purchased a property through Norton Rickett. Due to changing personal circumstances in 2023 we found ourselves having to relocate so called Paul to arrange a valuation on our property. Hasten to say, we placed it on the market with Norton Rickett and were very pleased that we sold in a difficult market, at a price we were satisfied with, which incidentally wasn’t far off the valuation Paul gave.
Our experience with purchasing the property was one of good communication and within their control, Paul and Nick always did what they promised when they promised. Selling the property was no different. Having two individuals looking after your interests with the combined experience of this pair is worth every penny. If there was a reason why something couldn’t happen as expected, however tricky or unpalatable it might have been at the time, they were communicating without delay. House moving is a stressful business, but with Paul and Nick’s calm, logical process and skill, they manage to make sense of issues which are often far from their control.
With our careers we have sold and purchased properties many times. With no exception, in our experience Norton Rickett have been the most professional of any estate agent we have used. Thank you Paul and Nick for your valued service.

We cannot rate Paul and Nick highly enough! We had the most professional yet very personable experience with buying a house from them. With no chain either side they helped us to complete within just 7 weeks. We cannot thank them enough for how flexible they were with letting us view the house on multiple occasions with kitchen fitters and designers etc during the house buying process. We loved working with them, and would not think to sell through anyone else in the future either. Thank you again, Sam, Cherie (and little Hope).

We cannot recommend Norton Ricket enough. Paul and Nick are very knowledgeable and personable.
They kept us regularly updated throughout the sale of our cottage and dealt with solicitors and 3rd party estate agents to ensure everything was progressing as it should. They made what could have been very stressful, quite easy. We just left them to it. They even recommended a good roofer when we had issues with the slate roof on the property we were selling. Five star service.

Paul and Nick have successfully sold two houses for me before so there was no question about going to them again to sell my mothers house after she died.
They are so professional and knowledgeable whilst always being friendly and approachable.
