please do not send your child to this school i go here and i am in yr5 this school is based off lies. for example last year when i was in yr.4 a teacher made my friend cry, if you could run out of tears she would have, the teacher said to stop crying and that she is acting like a baby when the PSHME teacher found out about this the teacher lied about everything. another time, a couple days ago it was raining heavily (in year 5) when i looked outside it was white thats how bad it was raining and i was eating lunch with this yr3 kid on my table and he was really crying when the teacher asked him whats wrong he said that he was scared his house was going to flood the teacher just replied its not now eat your food???? the kid kept on crying later on about 1min later the other children (including yr.5,6,4) starting comforting him at this point when it comes to comforting, the children would do better than the teachers. the school has really gotten worse over the years i would definitely not recomend this school.... The school has actually been very inviting and accommodating to my niece but the receptionist there is just awful! She is the first point of contact for many parents and visitors so it would make sense that they position someone of a more friendly natured person but this woman thinks it's appropriate to raise her voice at my parents, even when she is clearly wrong and once she finally realises she is wrong she is not the one that comes to apologise but has someone else do it. It is disgusting treatment and I am aware this is not the first time but the school has done nothing to rectify this. This in turn shows to me that they are more concerned at supporting a hostile school environment than the parents' experience who (some, not all) already find it daunting to try and understand everything the school requires of them. 7 of my older children have gone through the school and the last 2 are there at the moment. As far as am concerned the school has being amazing. I highly commend the Head Teacher and staff.I could not have chosen a better school to compliment our faith and general attitude of my children .You deserve 10 stars.Thank you St Bernadette.... I would not recommend this school to any1, not even my worst enemy. This ' catholic ' school is based on lies and deceit. The school is really divided, teachers act like they care but they really don't, all they do is lie. If you send your child to this School and anything happens automatically is the kids fault they deny anything that happened and make the child look bad. A Christian school shouldn't be based on lies but instead leading an example to The community and the children.... Read more

My daughter goes to St Bernadettes and she loves it! The staff are really helpful and keep pushing her too make the best of her education There are lots of fun and opportunitys as well for my daughter like maths and spelling competitions in school and out. I highly recommend this school... Read more

In my experience St Bernadettes is a fantastic school. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have worked with lots of pupils in the school, running technology workshops, and have found them to be polite, well mannered, and intelligent young people.
