The initial valuation was some way over what we achieved but it was reflective of changing market conditions and also matched what other agents had said so wasn’t excessive in itself.
Communication was excellent throughout, they were also brilliant in keeping everything progressing in a chain which had set what seemed like unachievable timelines but ultimately were hit.
There were challenges early on and various other agents tried to win the business but Mat’s experience, honesty, and expectation and client management shone through.
I don’t believe it was marked on Rightmove (or get agent) as sold until the point we exchanged but we accepted an offer around 8 weeks after listing (and ~1 week after reducing price).
I would highly recommend Aspire Balham.

Awful, Flat in tip top condition only able to achieve 2014 price with this agent. Unhelpful unwanted untrue criticism of Solicitors. Would not recommend

The people here are really nice people but I didn't feel they were quite proactive enough in reaching out as my home needed to be 'sold' rather than just showing on the listings. In the end I was pushed to accept a buyer at a lower price than I wanted and needed, and as a result I couldn't afford to make the move. After several months it all fell through.

What can I say, they sold the house within about 2/3 weeks. Communication between agent and myself was good. Did what they said on the tin. One bonus was the flexibility of contract, 2 weeks rolling so no long tie in if a problem.

Aspire looked after us so well. They delivered on what they said they could do, which created a feeling of mutual trust - the best relationship to have. I was no longer living in Balham when I put the property on the market so might not have known about Aspire, had I not come across the very helpful Get Agent app. Thanks for looking after us.

They were the first company to respond to my enquirey and from the start I felt confident that they would look after my interests. I have lived in my house for 62 years so I felt very nervous about selling it. When they brought clients to my house they treated me with respect. When they had found 6 potential buyers, they came and discussed their offers with me and guided me who were the most suitable.
