I have worked with Adam and Chris for many years now. My experience of working with them is that they really want what is best for their clients and do not hesitate to go the extra mile to get a deal over the line. Working in the conveyancing industry it is really refreshing to be able to call these two and know you are going to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the phone that isn’t going to provide false expectations to their buyer or seller and instead assist in getting the best result for all involved. I work with estate agents all day every day and rather than take quite an aggressive stance, as I know that some do, which often has the reverse effect, Adam and Chris are experienced and know the process well so they utilise this to make a very stressful process far less stressful for all involved. If I had a property to sell in the area Aspire Balham would be my first and only choice without a doubt.

Do you want an awful agency? Do you want to be ignored when you have signed the terms of business? Do you want frustration? Do you want an unreliable service? Balham Aspire is the agency for you. To confirm the agents response to this review is false, obviously An awful estate agent. To be avoided. Do not take business to this agency. Lauren Burnett, Lorna Evans and Jonathan Hill were dealing with rental of my property. Despite my instruction not to, without my blessing/direct knowledge they signed a tenancy agreement on my behalf. They committed me to a tenant I did not want. When I complained to them they started delaying payment of rent they collected for no reason. It was only through money claim service of Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Services I got rent owed to me and collected by Aspire. Terrible service, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I specifically am dissatisfied in Lauren Burnett. She took the matter personal and for no legal backing, just because she disliked my complaint she blocked payment of rent to me.

Lots of estate agents claim to be different, but Aspire is the only one that has proven to be. Michael was extremely helpful, and his hard work took some of the stress out of the house-buying process. I would be happy to use Aspire's services again.
