Would recommend! Isabella Yates especially has been an absolute star. She was totally instrumental in stopping our flat sale falling through and successfully navigated being the middle man between buyer, seller and x2 solicitors, whilst also saving my sanity. If you use KFH Balham definitely try and get Isabella if you can!

We purchased a house through KFH with our estate agent Joel. It wasn't the easiest sale due to multiple hold ups on the seller's side which were outside of everyone's control. Joel did a fantastic job of relationship managing all of the stakeholders involved and did everything he could to progress the sale as quickly as possible. He was very responsive to emails and calls and was honest about the status of the transaction so that we could try and manage our life around it as best as possible. We definitely wouldn't have got the house if it wasnt for Joel's perseverence. Thank you very much!

Great work again from the KFH team who sold 2 units for us. Isabelle Roochove has been fantastic with Flat 1, managing our sale with a challenging timeline and chain buyers to co-ordinate. Very responsive and proactive - an excellent sales agent.
Joel Phelps managed to secure a great cash buyer for us quickly after the previous sale fell through. This was a time of increased pressure and frustration for us, however Joel was calm throughout and progressed the sale very effectively. He communicated to all parties throughout and was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him - 5 Stars again.
