    I've been most impressed with my dealings with James Pendleton, and Ewen Bunting in particular. Always very knowledgeable about the SW12 area, efficient, brilliant at communicating, and generally a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using James Pendleton.

    Do not use this agency. We have been tenants for six months and never have I been treated so poorly by estate agents. They will sign you, take your money and abandon you. Do not use this agency!!

    We sold through JP in September 2016 and looking back on it we were pleased with their service. I appreciated that Ewen and the team kept us honestly appraised of the prospects given the state of the market and the feedback from viewings. It was slow at times but they were always available to discuss matters and keep me reassured. When we did sell and in turn buy our new home they managed the process towards exchange and completion well, helping me to navigate through the inevitable obstacles that get put in the way. Happy to recommend them.

    James Pendleton have been an amazing estate agent to work with. I sold my house for the full asking price plus an additional £10k retainer from the buyer. I find their approach honest, professional and ethical which is a rarity in this industry as I have dealt with London estate agents for over 20 years now. I have recently purchased an investment property through James Pendleton too. I must congratulate Ewen Bunting who runs their Balham/Clapham South Office - he is one of the nicest people you will meet and gave me free and detailed advice.
