James Pendleton have been great. They were spot on with their valuation which I think is important in this market. Their service levels and professionalism are excellent through the selling process, and equally important in my opinion is that their work between agreeing the sale and getting to exchange of contracts is very good. Thank you for your efforts.

We have been very impressed with James Pendleton - quite simply they get it right from initial survey, through to photography and marketing. David assured us he would find us tenants within a week for our house in Chestnut Grove and he did. He has been extremely clear throughout the process, responsive, flexible and great to work with. Having bought and sold through James Pendleton in the Northcote Road as well I cannot recommend them more highly for both buying and renting.

Having had our house in Tooting on the market for over a year, we had used 3 agents and had 3 sales fall through. We then asked James Pendleton to come out and see our house and meet with us. James Pendleton do not have an office in Tooting, but we felt they might be able to bring buyers with higher budgets looking in Balham or Wandsworth, where they do have offices. We originally met with Tom Harvey, who was impressive and seemed much more switched on than the other local agents we had met. Daniel Gilligan found our buyer within 2 weeks of the property reaching the market. We recently exchanged contracts, and whilst the period between agreeing our sale and exchanging contracts was stressful at times, Daniel held the deal together and communicated with clarity and skill. We would highly recommend using James Pendleton in the sale of a house or flat in our area.

James Pendleton were fantastic to deal with from the very first contact to value my property, right through to the hand over of the keys at completion. They have a good understanding of the local market place, and achieved over the asking price for my property. Special thanks to James who kept everything on track with great good humour, and to Ewen and Daniel who provided assistance and sympathy when it was stressful! I would have no hesitation in recommending James Pendleton.

James Pendleton miss appointments and try to convince you about viewings you don't particularly want to do. I was stood up outside a property off Lavender Hill I really wanted to see with a phone call to say they hadn't been able to obtain keys!? I was then told that I would instead be taken to view a property I had already ruled out with them. The incompetence / arrogance of the seemingly death as well as dumb female I dealt with at the time was shocking. What however has prompted me to write this review is that after countless attempts to have me removed from their mailing list, I am still receiving unwanted alerts. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
