I have rented one of the property from March this year and It has been 9 months. Every day if you want to have a shower, you need to wake up 1 hour early to boost it. Otherwise you won't have any hot water. If you boost it, you can enjoy 10 MINUTES hot water. I have been in contact with the Agent James Pendleton for 9 MONTHS. Finally they give me a report saying that the boiler is no problem and the tenant can have hot water but just not very convinient. The landlord would not the change it becasue of the cost. Outside is -5 degree and I can't have a hot shower more than 10 minutes. They still think they did the right thing. The staff is very unhelpful and the contract was very rude. When I explain to him, it would not possible to live in a property only have 10 minutes hot shower. He harassed me by accusing me of telling him about what he should do about his work. I feel mentally and physically abused and I would like to call the policeman because i feel the danger from him. I would say if you want to live in a property with them, you would better think to take the risk of this. When there is a problem, they don't care about you as a tenant. For now, I have cold shower for 9 months. I am arranging the termination of the cooperation with them whenever it is possible. I would NOT recommend it to anyone about them. I don't want you to suffer as I did. That is why I post this here. Thank you
