I had several pieces of furniture to enter into Stanford’s auction and was not able to deliver them myself. Charlie Coe organised a van and he and Luke came to my house to collect the items. It was not a straightforward collection and involved Charlie and Luke having to dismantle some items. They did this willingly and successfully. I was impressed by their dedication to doing the job to the best of their ability; in fact they went beyond what I had expected of them. Thank you Charlie and Luke.

Absolutely disgusting. Animal welfare doesn’t exist here and animals are kept in beyond horrific conditions. Tiny boxes, no food or water and many with lesions/injuries. The place is overall scummy and overpriced anyway. If you’re going to trade animals at least do it right and keep them well protected, not left to be pulled about by anyone and everyone there. I have reported this place with video and photo evidence to the council to look into regarding animal welfare.

Animals kept in tiny boxes w out food and water and the animals look terrified
Ppl constantly opening these boxes and rough handling these animals
And picking up the rabbits by they’re ears
Animals are being sold w bad injuries
There was a ferret w a massive cut on the back of its neck and a rabbit so skinny it couldnt even walk
There is No regard at all for the animals welfare
They r clearly sold to ppl who will either mistreat them or kill them

Warning to anyone putting items in there to sell!!!! I put in 4 bikes, 1 BMX, 1 British Eagle mountain bike a probike and a child's bike with new stabilisers.
In total the amount that they sold for in total was £7.00!!!!! Their commission was £5.83 VAT £1.17. I GOT NOTHING. I WILL NEVER PUT ANYTHING IN THERE AGAIN!!!! I thought it would save me advertising etc, if I had done this I would have made around £80/90. SO BEWARE YOU COULD END UP HAVING TO PAY THEM!!!! I was going to put in a Chris Boardman road bike in as well, I'm so glad that I didn't!!

They keep the poor animals in improper condition and rabbits and ferrets in tiny boxes with no food or water. AVOID.

The absolute BEST service and experience I have ever had with an auction house. Won this amazing guy and they let me bid from US and handled the shipping arrangements while making the entire process extremely pleasant. Great communication, great item, superb service, I would give them 10 stars if I could.
