I can only speak highly of Josh and Stanley Property London. Josh went above and beyond to agree our tenancy. He has been responsive, proactive and incredibly knowledgeable since very start of the process. Josh is definitely fresh air in a smelly and lazy industry. The quality and standards delivered by him and his team are exceptional and definitely higher than what other agents in London are offering right now. I honestly recommend them.

My partner and I lived in a flat managed by Stanley Property for two years, and everything was brilliant. The communication between them and the landlord was easy and very efficient. The personnel in Stanley (J) were very helpful and proactive, and I can just recommend them.

The agency failed to obtain my written consent to release my deposit. They did nothing to compensate me for a loss which was in breach of the contract.
I have worked in the property industry for 10 years and unfortunately your response below is incorrect. You can not release the deposit without written consent from all parties. Your Property manager confirmed that they did this in error and apologized for the error. I have been the lead tenant at the property for 5 years and there was change of sharers in this time. This required both tenants confirming the deposit release and the banking details.
I would refer back to your email communication where this was clearly stated and acknowledged by the property manager.

I have been dealing with real estate agencies in London for the past six years. I dealt with 4 agencies however I can easily say that Stanley Chelsea is the best out of all of them. Although others could be bigger in size but they won't offer you the quality that Stanley offers. Another nice thing is that they are always transparent with their fees. Richard, Joshua and Andrew will definitely find the best property suiting you on the market. They are very friendly and professional, I highly recommend them.

My company works closely with a number of estate agents and I have always been very impressed with STANLEY Chelsea’s professional approach. They are also very much at the forefront of raising industry standards and took an early stance over tenants’s fees, which they do not charge, and refuse kickbacks of any sort.

My husband and I had been renting through Stanley Chelsea for 3 year before we moved out of London. The experience we had was top notch and we didn’t have any trouble with them. Joshua Lee was very keen to help and kind to us all along. We would recommend Stanley Chelsea to anyone who is renting in the area.

This is my second rental in London, so I'm speaking from experience, limited though it is. Stanley Chelsea maybe a small operation relative to those property agents claiming to be international or with recognisable brands, listed on the stock exchange, etc, but in terms of service and professionalism, Stanley Chelsea stands among giants. It is a giant when it comes to customer service, market knowledge and integrity.
Unlike other agents who are only interested in pushing the property but do not deliver in making good defects after you sign on the dotted line or have expressed an interest to commit, which was my previous, bad experience, Stanley Chelsea would spot the defect (during the viewing) and point it out to you, the potential renter, and follow up with the landlord to get it fixed, pronto!
And they do not charge an "administration fee" to the renter, whereas with other agents that could run to hundreds of pounds!
Finally, I was also mightily impressed when Stanley Chelsea remained neutral in presenting all 3 rental bids to the landlord, despite my bid coming through another agent with whom they must split the commission, which speaks volume about their professional ethics.
I would highly recommend Stanley Chelsea, with no reservation.
