Sadly, I have to mark the overall performance down due to people showing clients around the property disclosing the reserve price of the auction, which should not have been done. When my boiler stopped working and when one of my taps failed they immediately sorted it. Those things are really important to me. Like really important. After six years of renting the landlord decided to sell his property. It’s only been through their support and flexibility that has enabled me to find a new home so quickly. Their staff are amazing and actually treat me like a human being and not just a tenant x
