15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed, we had arranged a viewing and a time today, and we reached outside the property had to come quite a distance, and they refused to pick up any calls didn't have any agents available and after waiting 40 mins and being forwarded to voicemail I had no option but to leave. Avoid these property agents they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about other people's time
13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately, very poor customer service. I accidentally got the date of my viewing mixed up and missed the appointment. I accept responsibility for this and was more than happy to apologise and rearrange.<br>However, an hour later I received a call from the estate agent informing me that I had missed the appointment. The way I was spoken to was extremely rude and the agent actually hung up on me.<br>I then called the office myself to apologise and see if the viewing could be rearranged. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was also very rude and told me that I had “wasted their time”.<br>I completely understand that missing an appointment is inconvenient and I accept my mistake. However, there is a professional way to deal with customers, and I found the attitude of both staff members completely unacceptable.<br>I was genuinely interested in the property, but after this experience I would not use this estate agent and would not recommend them.

The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.

I WAS SO WRONG!<br><br>After having a sale fall through with another agent just before Christmas, I decided to take a break before putting the house back on the market. That’s when I instructed Fran and Nicky, and the difference was incredible.<br><br>The service was genuinely above and beyond and completely the opposite of my previous experience.<br><br>Communication was exceptional from start to finish. I never felt like my house was simply another property on their books. They were completely invested in selling it and, just as importantly, once we had a buyer, making sure the sale actually made it through to completion.<br><br>They were always one step ahead, anticipating potential issues before they became problems. I also know they worked just as hard with my buyer as they did with me, making sure we both felt completely supported throughout the process and that everything kept moving.<br><br>After being empty and on the market for nearly 12 months, Fran and Nicky relisted my house and we sold and completed within five months.<br><br>To say I would recommend Fran and Nicky doesn’t really do their service justice. What they offer is completely different to anything I had experienced before. They genuinely care about the outcome, take responsibility for the whole process and are there with you right through to completion.<br><br>Selling a house can be one of the most stressful things you go through, and having this level of communication, commitment and support is invaluable.<br><br>If you are considering selling your home, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

However, they put me in touch with their mortgage broker, Ricky Parmar, to help with my mortgage application, particularly as my credit history wasn’t perfect.<br><br>From the outset, I found Ricky to be extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. He talked me through the whole application process, found a specialist lender suitable for my circumstances, and helped me navigate the numerous queries that came back from the underwriters.<br><br>There were several points along the way when I worried that something might throw a spanner in the works, but Ricky was always reassuring and helped put my mind at ease. Whenever I emailed him with a question or concern, he responded very quickly and kept me informed throughout.<br><br>I’m delighted to say that I now have my formal mortgage offer, and I’m extremely grateful for Ricky’s help in getting me to this point.<br><br>I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone looking for a mortgage, particularly if your circumstances aren’t completely straightforward and you need someone knowledgeable and supportive to guide you through the process.
2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Adam Ali Lettings Manager @ Connells Kings Heath had been parachuted in from Connells Rugby end of May. ( my words not his). We were his first Lettings project at Kings Heath. Presented with an unusual and complicated end of tenancy on our property, Adam was the consumate professional and set about in a friendly manner resolving all of the many issues this end of tenancy presented. His experience and sound advice resulted in a house clearance and refurbishment from 5th June thru to marketing and viewings from end of July to a full letting with new tenants moving in on 18th August. Adam assisted by his collegue James Grey, constantly beat my expectations, especially as the previous Lettings Team had consistently failed to meet my expectations , despite me lowering them year on year. So if you are after experienced professional friendly customer service which put you first, I can recommend Adam and James. I never give 5 stars as I think there is always room for improvement in any organisation.
