From the very first phone call everything was dealt with very promptly, efficiently and professionally. James and Hannah were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their field and nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran smoothly due to their constant communication with everyone. They use a corrupt lying reference agency who I will be taking to task legally. Despicable liars and I believe it was because they already had a tenant in mind. Refused me in trumped up lies and had it rented out the next day. Corrupt like their reference people.

We purchased a property through Stevens Estate Agents and found them very pleasant to deal. Staff always cheerful and helpful. We appreciated the bottle of prosecco we received on completion and the cgi property print in a gift box with the keys was a nice touch.

What a terrible man, never replies to emails or visits to the estate agents.
All my 85 year mother in law wanted was reassuring about her water leak in her flat at that her water bill had doubled in six months, he is supposed to property managing, just a phone call, that's it!!!
