Best renting agency in Hereford so far .Thank you Mr.Lucas for your help, very helpful and polite too.We have looked for a three bed house but we did not liked it , but next day Mr. Lucas came back with another offer for viewing and in not even three days we have signed for our new rental house .The checking process is very fast and fair through a online checking company , everything online and easy to manage .

from start to beyond outstanding.....!!!
the smoothest I've ever seen.
The whole prosses was made especially relaxing by the very good and fast communication for the Sunderland's team. Their online application was a dream (normally I dread these things, there is always something that trips the system) step by step walked through to get confirmed and offered the rental.
Wish I could use names here, but to say the least L & T both awesome and very professional.

I have been renting with Sunderlands for over 3 years now, I have always found them really helpful and supportive. Phil Ashman in particular is very quick to respond to any concerns and issues, and makes sure you are kept informed of anything ongoing. I would definitely recommend. Recently I have had to move (due to landlady selling) and Phil was SO helpful in helping to find an alternative place for me to live, and made a very stressful time a little easier. Thank You.

Sunderland is one of the best services I ever met. Mr. Phil Ashman provided a better service for me and my family. It was a great challenge to find out a place near to city as well as hospital. We could not be happier with the help and support we’ve received from Lucas and the team over the past few days. Moving into the Hereford area from 3+ hours away was always going to be a challenge but Sunderlands made the process as smooth and stress free as could be.
