Vicky is hands down the best agent my partner or I have dealt with in 15+ years of renting. We have just handed our flat back after 4 years and from the first to the last interaction Vicky made things straightforward. The contractual process was easy and fair and any repair issues were always dealt with promptly. An easy recommendation.

Honestly the best agency I have used. I have rented 5 properties from 5 different agencies and genuinely Tabiner & Co have been the best. Vicky responds by far quicker than any other agent has and any small issue I have, she has been almost instantaneous in arranging things to be fixed. I have not been the easiest tenant (for example before I even moved in I needed lots of furniture removing from the flat and she did it without a complaint!), and I have been constantly emailing her with any small issue and she has dealt with it brilliantly!

Very poor service from Vicky Tabiner. My advice - avoid, and use a proper estate agent instead!

The property was rented through my partner, and there is nothing you can do to help now. Just warning others to be careful!
If you really took pride in customer service, I wouldn't be spending time writing this review.
