Impeccable communication, personable, professional and a delight to work with. James and the team have built something special - defying the typical experience you'd have with some of the high street companies, at Tall Building we were treated with respect and supported at every step. We rented with them for nearly four years. Highly recommend, it will change your whole experience of renting in London!

The agency won’t accept guarantors which seems discriminatory. This should be advertised on the property listings as to not waste people’s time having to discuss your private finances to be shut down by some arbitrary rule.

We rented our last place from Tall Building for over 5 years. When we came across them we were at the end of a very long road of dealing with pushy estate agents so we weren't too hopeful but James and his team at Tall Building truly were a breath of fresh air! Professional, responsive and very transparent. Back in those days when all other agents were charging tenants agency fees, Tall Building weren't as they felt it wasn't right. Throughout our time at the property they have dealt with every issue promptly and were very responsive. I have had nothing but a very positive experience.

Very bad serviss. We message them last week that we are happy so sign contrant straight away and take the property, on what they reply that will speak with landlord. There was no news from them for 5 days and today they have told us that someone else has sign a contract, like what ? If we where first ones that said that we will take this property? But over these 6 days they have found someone else instead.
very very bad communication, probably they miscommunicate with landlord or said something which we never told and let someone else to rent it. Don't trust this agency not waste your time waiting on their emails as it took 1 week them to asnwer - sorry it is not available, so let us just waiting without answer.
what would if I never asked for update ? I would be never get back. very dissapointed about this action.
