I don't often leave reviews but I felt in this case I had to. I noticed that most reviews were from sellers, but I am writing this as a buyer.
From the moment I contacted Lynn about the property I was interested in purchasing she was fantastic, so helpful and friendly on the phone and kept me well informed about my viewing etc. When I came to making an offer Lynn was on holiday but Derek was also equally as helpful and friendly during this time and made everything happen smoothly. Eventually come moving day, and solicitors were taking their time with things, I contacted Lynn directly and again she was more than happy to help me to speed things up a bit. I am now happily settled in my property and hope to not be moving again any time soon but if I was I would definitely consider Taylor William!

When I couldn't do the viewings, Lynn & Derek did it themselves. Definitely a recommendable estate agent in Falkirk area.

Had such a pleasant experience selling my first home with Taylor William. Lynn was so helpful with everything, every question was answered and made me feel like no question was a silly question. With it being my first experience buying and selling, I always felt looked after. Lynn had a genuine interest in ensuring we got the right sale price for mine as well as keeping me in the loop if there were any properties coming up that would potentially be of interest to us, which was so appreciated. It was an absolute pleasure and felt like a breeze dealing with Taylor William. I had recommended them to a family member before we had even sold our home, and they had an equally wonderful experience with both Derek and Lynn. They would always be our first call if we were looking to sell again. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

I reached out to Taylor William Estate to find a place to rent. I was very happy with the service at the beginning. I basically completed all the applications they asked me to fill, got reference from my previous landlord, supplied all the documents but when I mentioned that I won't be able to travel 800 miles (round trip) just for a viewing, they hang up on me. No other options or anything, just hang up on me and in my opinion that was extenly rude and very unprofessional. I hope you won't do that to any other customers.

From the very first phone call to Taylor William right through to turning the key in our dream home, the service from Taylor William was exceptional. Lynn was an absolute delight to deal with, and Derek was fantastic during the house viewing. In a time when demand for homes far outstripped supply, dealing with other estate agents I found them to be lacking in communication skills (and downright rude at times). Taylor William are in a league of their own! Lynn truly went out her way to help secure us our property and at no point did she make us feel like 'just another potential buyer'. She was quick to respond to any calls or emails and she genuinely seemed so delighted to share the news with us that our offer had been accepted. Lynn is so well suited to her job and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Taylor William to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much Lynn & Derek!

Very unresponsive, both in email and calls.
After multiple calls last week, I finally got through to speak to someone, requested to arrange a viewing for a property, which I was advised viewings will take place this week but they will contact me to sort this out. However no-one phoned me, fortunately was able to get through again for an update, which they said viewings are taking place the next day, did offer me a slot but due to work commitments that close, sadly I wasn't able to accommodate the scheduled time. I'm disappointed at the fact no contact was made from them in regards to this prior and to have them tell me they will get in contact when they did not.
I literally felt like I wasted my time, going through obstacles to be met with an unprofessional company who fobs you about. I had to set up a RentalCV account, filled everything in and nothing.
Definitely, if you are not going to follow through on your actions, don't say this on the phone.
Only positive aspect was their Facebook team whom were quick to response, not necessarily helpful though.

Lynn was very efficient in managing viewings and when I got overwhelmed with viewings she was very supportive. They provided advice throughout the whole process, and were very quick replying to emails and phone calls. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Taylor William, whether purchasing or selling your property. Lynn & Derek were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping my parents sell their house very quickly & also whilst I was purchasing a property to then put up for rental. They kept me constantly informed and I really appreciated their advice when buying my property and also their professional opinions when placing my properties up for rental. They both were so helpful and just so lovely to interact with, a credit to their company, which can be rare in this time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Taylor William in the future.

Very unprofessional as a rental agency. Took one through hoops & loops, including setting up a RentalCV account and yet got no feedback back on a rental application.
I was told they were shortlisting for viewing appointments everytine I called, only to be informed that house is now rented the last time I called.
As a doctorate-level professional with a permanent position & good credit record (all verified on RentalCV), it would be interesting to know what criteria were used for "shortlisting" potential tenants.

We recently sold our home through Taylor William, and so glad we did. We had valuation completed by several estate agents, but Lynn's knowledge of the area and the market, as well as being the best priced, convinced us TW was the right choice. We weren't wrong - the service from start to finish was night and day with what we'd experienced with other agencies in the past. Professional photography with stunning photos to market the house, regular updates, and brilliant communication. Lynn kept us in the loop with everything that was happening as well as guiding us through the process and making sure we were armed with all the facts when it came to making decisions. Lynn (and Derek, too), really did go the extra mile for us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Really professional agency.

I moved from Edinburgh to Brightons (Falkirk) and Taylor William have been a breath of fresh air compared to some of the shysters I've had to deal with in various letting agents in Edinburgh.
Sam from their rentals department has been a joy to converse with, the few problems we've had (outside of their control) have been sorted the very same day with a minium of fuss and she is always polite and very helpful. Couldn't recommened more highly!
