Very helpful and efficient, we were moving in less than 2 weeks after viewing a property. Any issues we’ve had have been dealt with promptly. All the staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough to help ??

I call the ladies at Taylor & Wood the dream team! I recently bought my second house with them and I will never use another estate agent. They are always absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. Knowledgable of all the areas where their houses are listed. I always have full confidence in their ability to resolve any issues that come up during a house sale or purchase. They are marvellous!

Ann was superb during both the original purchase in 2011 an when we came to sell in 2022 also using taylor an wood. Have currently got my house up with a different estate agent 2023 I only wished taylor an wood would have been able to deal with my house sale as my current estate agents are terrible in comparison to T&W. I am so stressed currently with a different estate agent an can't but think back to how lovely the process was when we were dealing with taylor an wood an Ann specifically.

I would like to thank all the team at Taylor & Wood - for all the hard work they put into selling my late mum & dads house - they made what was a very stressful & emotional time so much easier - they kept in touch & marketed the house to its very best - a special thanks to Liz - who has been so supportive over these last few months & hugged me when i needed it - i couldn’t of asked for more.

The team at Taylor and Wood is absolutely incredible! They consistently respond promptly, truly grasp the challenges we face, and offer speedy solutions. I've encountered various issues with my rented house in the past, including exhaust fan problems, overflowing taps, and fridge compressor issues.
The Team not only understood the problems and their urgency but also provided the perfect solutions.
(Incase an immediate solution is not available they will tell that too upfront, expectations always in check. I like that very much)
I never had to follow up with reminder emails or urgent requests because they were always on top of things. Keep up the fantastic work, team! You are truly amazing ????

A huge huge thankyou to all at Taylor and Wood, thankyou Mark for a real valuation, Holly for always helping, but a huge thankyou to Anne, this lady was outstanding, always helpful, and always professional. I want to say that if you want first class service and you want the truth from an estate agent then i would recommend taylor and wood, they give you service which the high street estate agents cannot provide. Your the best estate agents in the area.

I can honestly say that this team have been great at helping me through a really tough time.
