Doesn’t disappoint. Great Pizza, very slow, but friendly service. Same as when we went a few years ago. The pizzas are some of the best around. The service however is very slow. Had to go to the bar three times to get a waiter to come and take drinks and food orders. 5 or 6 tables occupied but waiters just chatting rather than moving around tending the tables. I saw one waiter coming back more from obviously having a cigarette than checking on tables.

Good pizzas. Staff are very nice. We went at 8pm on a Saturday night and it was packed with children. Assuming a child’s party.
The only real downside is that it is pretty expensive for what it is. We paid £40+ for two pizzas and a Diet Coke. I don’t often think about price but when leaving I felt that was too expensive for what it was.

You will not be disappointed if you choose to eat here. Great pizzas, friendly service. 4 star due to I feel the back eating area could do with a little paint and bit of maintenance to get it back to where it was.

We had a birthday party held in their private dining area. I have been to this restaurant for a few time but this is the first time that we are holding a big party with them . It was an amazing night with great food and service. The food was up to standard. Our guests were very happy . The service was amazing and Daniel who helped me organized everything from the first day had helped me so much as well. I really appreciate the team efforts to make our party perfect and wonderful . Most of our guests said they would love to go back again for their food and drinks. This is how satisfied that everyone was. Highly recommended restaurant with definitely affordable prices. We can’t wait to go bak again for some more nice food.

We ate a delicious pizzas at The Oak. We ordered one Piccante and a Tartufo one. The ingredients were premium, balanced and the dough crispy. We enjoyed the food and the good service.

Lovely pub with a very nice staff and a great pizza! Pet and kids friendly. Beautiful decoration and very easy to get there by tube or bus. Highly recommend

Enjoyed our first indoors pub visit since restrictions were lifted. Staff were friendly and accommodating, food utterly delicious and wine excellent. We went for the beef ragu pappardelle and it was superb. Will be back!

I ordered Margheritas from The Oak W12 and they came pretty quickly and they were also pretty warm when they arrived. The only thing is, they weren't very flavour some.

I cannot compliment the staff at The Oak highly enough. We visited last night and Daniel, Martha and all of the team were fabulous. We were quite an awkward group but they handled all the Covid-necessary challenges with total charm and professionalism. The food was fabulous too, so we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Thank you!

Fired pizza at its best. The Oak sports an excellent pizza oven providing exceptional gastro pizza. If you fancy a well rounded meal they are spinning a sharp cutting wheel! You’ll be pleased with the dough for the quality and time spent! Service excellent selection of wines and beers won’t disappoint!
I’m certain Take Out must be an option these days!

If you enjoy good pasta and pizza then this is the place for you. Also great for truffle lovers as the menu has it included in a lot of the dishes. The height of the ceilings also helps with the noise, could hear my friends which isn't always the case with smaller cramped venues.

When I was first recommended this place I was confused. "A pub that serves pizza, that's so strange" was my first thought. Upon arriving there the smell that hit me was mesmerising! I ordered a margarita pizza and I can say it's one of the best I've had!

Great place to go & grab a bit to eat. They also have a bar u can order cocktails and snacks. The food isn't to expensive it's quite fair. There pizzas are really good. U can also take food back with u home if u can't finish your food.

Nothing as good as its sister restaurant in notting hill. The carpccio was way too salty; when we mentioned that we didn't get the mushrooms on our starter, we were given just a £5discount

Good place. Loved reading the adult having his childish spoilt rant about having to wait outside for 4 minutes.
Maybe you should check what time the place opens at before going.

Horrible, arrogant treatment of customers (with kids). I arrived to the restaurant with my 4 year old at 11.56. The doors were open, so we went in. One of the waiters (male, short brown hair, came to us, with his mouth full of food and told us to go outside to the storm to wait 4 minutes, until he finishes his food and they will officially open. To the owner: your employee lacks the basic understanding of what good customer service is, and has no empathy kicking out a family to the storm. Or perhaps he just hates kids. In any case, I used to go to your place, but will never do it again in my life. Horrible, horrible treatment, rude employees. UPDATE: Thank you for offering a free meal, but instead of us, please spend it on employee training on customer service and empathy.

I love this place! The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is brilliant. My favorite is the seared tuna and the salsicia pizza. Cocktails are very well made and the price is reasonable. Well done guys you are doing a great job!

It looks like the typical London pub, but the menu is mostly Italian! Pizza was tasty and it was made with quality ingredients.
It's a cozy place with dimmed lights and soft background music, ideal for a date.
Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Prices maybe a bit too high.

Italian-themed restaurant offers a few mains, but it looks like the real specialty here is pizzas. The thin base, proper oven (next to the entrance) and delicious toppings make all varieties on the offer really appealing. Wine list is extensive - the choice is much bigger if ordering a bottle, but some are served by the glass as well

A lovely setting with superb decoration and a regularly updated menu. The food ranges from good to exceptional and the staff are always friendly and attentive, with booking recommended over the weekend due to popularity. Service at the end of a meal is regularly slower, with recent visits all seeing orders of tea forgotten or the group having to hunt down service staff to make dessert orders.

Good restaurant close to our home, the contadina pizza or the seared tuna are delicious. Entry price wine on the list is also very good. We discovered this place about 3 weeks ago and happily went back again

Very expensive and quality is average. £90 + service charge for a whole lamb shoulder which is for two persons. Drinks are pricey too and you don’t get for what you pay.

The pizza is really good. The steak is really good. The wine is a bit on the pricey side but fair enough cos it's a nice place. Shame there isn't an actual pub area for drinking. Could do with less kids.

Very very VERY nice place, food was fantastic, but the highlight was the staff, especially Grace. She went out of her way to make us feel like we were dining at home with friends.
Forgot to take a picture of the pizza, which was super rich and large, and my fav thing was the fried squid (pic2), I was told it was addictive and that was so true!
Recommended for couples, friends and families, the place is pristine, spacious and welcoming. There are seats outside, protected from the traffic by tall bushes.
I would give 10 stars if I could!

Lovely place, with wood oven pizzas and a good tapas style menu. Large pub with several rooms and nice corners, intelligently set up. Popular with local families in day time, in part due to the excellent pizzas and proximity of Ravenscourt Park. Good cocktails too. A family favourite.

The chefs here deliver some of the best pizzas I have ever had. I’m not sure if ya the high ceilings, the gothic pieces or the Red wine but I just can’t help but order from this wonderful pub at least once a week.
The blazing Stone baked ovens give the food that rustic, crunchy taste - and dining in, the staff are just so friendly ( try and Grab the red leather booths if you can ) your evening slips by with ease.

Had a birthday party here last year and really was impressed by the menu and reasonable pricing. Staff were accomodating, maybe lacked a little warmth which was a shame but didn't deter from the evening. It's wonderful to have such an unusual and well executed selection of food in a pub. Try the churros of you have room left at the end, they are divine!

Good pizzas but avoid the ones with greenery toppings which make the pizzas go cold quickly. Other mains can be disappointing. The menu is a bit quirky. The small plates are good. Poor lighting is a problem. Bring a torch to read the menu and to see what you're eating. Can be draughty and noisy. Someone needs to up their game to maximize the potential.

27th October '2017: My starter was lovely, which was the crab/avocado salad... not sure where the crab was but there was plenty avocado and again the portion was minimum. The Linguine Pasta, was delicious BUT I was far from impressed with the ridiculous small portion due to the 'Pot Noodle' sized pasta used... a BIG No, No!!!! Then the large glass of wine, i think is a big rip-off, as your paying for the Glass size and not an actual large glass of wine, otherwise it would have been a full glass instead of half full. Apart from that the service was excellent but bigger portions of salad and pasta would be an exceptional improvement.

We love this local restaurant in an old pub. The food is always excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Be warned though; the superb pizzas are huge, but the very yummy gnocchi and risotto portions always leave me hungry! They need to balance their portions a bit better. Limited choice for fussy children unless they have a margarita pizza. Otherwise highly recommended.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of a combination of many things. Firstly, the food: Its tasty, the portions are great and the price is reasonable. The pizza's are very good but not outstanding. But its the staff and surroundings that make it special. Its atmospheric and moody with friendly and chatty people, its a place where you can bed in for the night, get cosy and catch up with friends, all in your friendly local pub. Great place, have been many times and will continue to visit many times more

Personally my favourite restaurant in Ravenscourt area. As Italian i can say the Pizza is delicious, really good dough and ingredients and the staff really nice.
