We had a great experience with Douglas & Gordon the last couple of months. In the end we found a flat with a different agency but we are very happy with the help & service we received with D&G. Josh Leaper was the agent we worked with and he was excellent. He was never pushy but always got our thoughts, followed-up appropriately, and kept us updated with upcoming properties. It makes me wonder why other agencies can't be like that -and I am serious about that question. I thought that buying my first property would be a overwhelming and nerve-wracking experience but having Simon and Ed guiding me through everything so much better. From my first viewing of the property up until completion, they have been helpful, supportive and patient. My experience during the viewing of one property by Douglas & Gordon was great. Georgina was very professional in her service, right from the beginning. She was also very friendly, and was willing to make herself available on a Saturday morning to show me the property. Although I ended up deciding not to rent the property due to other circumstances, two days after the viewing, she gave me a call to ask my thoughts about the place, as well as what I am looking for in my search for a place. The emails we received were really helpful, the agent we used was Georgia who was quick to respond to us. She was very knowledgable and provided us with most of the information we needed.
The information for renting on the website does need some work, it would be great to see a move in date on there and if the property is furnished or unfurnished.
All in all it was a lush experience.

I had a review with Georgina Allin and we had been visiting a fantastic 2 bedroom flat near the river in Hammersmith. Both Georgina and the tenants were very helpful and led me to the direction to put forward an offer. It looks like not just I have found a great estate agent but a running buddy as well as it turned out that both Georgina and her sister are into running just like myself.
