I had the pleasure to look for my new property with Fiona Heard at D&G Hammersmith. She was extremely helpful and very attentive to my main priorities in my property search. Thanks to Fiona we managed to put forward an offer very quickly which was then accepted by the vendor. Everyone at the D&G was very friendly and collaborative to help me get my offer accepted. Phoebe has been fantastic in responding to us at all times. She was always around to answer our MANY questions. She was attentive and always ready to help. She took the time to listen to us. She was professional and helped us with the offering process.
We've also been working with Julia now that we are in the negotiations and contract stage. She has been fantastic as well. Very clear and informative. Always there to answer our calls.

I'm a Korean student and it is a first time to find a new property in London. Thanks to Josh's continuous sending updating information to me, I was finally able to sign a lovely room that meets my conditions. He was a nice and reliable lettings negotiator. He replaced me with a video call for me who couldn't go directly from Newcastle to London due to the pandemic situation. And manager Orla also provided very accurate and kind guidance via email, so there was no inconvenience or anxious circumstance during the contract. Thank you so much to the two of you :)

He sent regular updates on properties out in the market and gave candid feedback on the flats. Properties in D&G are always of good quality, but the assistance that Josh provided was just superb. Peter Dickson of the Hammersmith branch was incredible helping us find our dream flat! When the flat we were originally interested in became unavailable he found us some great alternatives, including the one we settled on, which was even nicer than the first. Peter was available whenever we needed him, answered all of our questions efficiently, and was really engaged and professional during the flat tour. Amazing service! Douglas and Gordon also have a very useful online portal through which the offer and vetting process is carried out that makes the whole thing quite simple.
