Work closely with landlords who try to take as much of your deposit as they can. We had to take ours through months & months of proceedings via DBS before a settlement was reached. Sensibly, avoid.

I wouldn't recommend this service. They work and side with landlords who steal (or attempt to steal) money from their tenants by claiming deposits. As a young working professional, this is not the stress you need when renting for the first time in London.

Amazing Agency. I used Curtis&Parker to help me find a 2 bedroom garden flat in Hammersmith. They kept me updated on any new properties that became available until I found the right one for me. They where responsive and efficient in completing the referencing and getting the tenancy agreement signed.
