Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I didn’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

Work closely with landlords who try to take as much of your deposit as they can. We had to take ours through months & months of proceedings via DBS before a settlement was reached. Sensibly, avoid.

I wouldn't recommend this service. They work and side with landlords who steal (or attempt to steal) money from their tenants by claiming deposits. As a young working professional, this is not the stress you need when renting for the first time in London.

We have been renting a property with Curtis and Parker for the past year and a half and they have been nothing but useless. We moved in to a filthy flat with multiple issues, they have been slow to fix any problems and we are now in the process of a tenancy name change that they have taken the money for and not sorted any logistics with the new tenants move in date being tomorrow. Cannot recommend that you do not use Curtis and Parker enough.

Tragic. I signed a holding deposit contract and paid, after which I was told that the room I was signing for was no longer available because the landlord had let it out themselves. Over a month later, I still have not received a refund for the holding deposit, and no response from the agent team. Avoid.

To say that this agency is terribly negligent would be an understatement, their unprofessionalism is beyond measure and they are completely incapable of solving urgent issues promptly apart from being completely unethical. They don't carry out the necessary boiler inspections required by law (we suspect that they have even falsified several inspection certificates just to comply) and work with dodgy and rude tradesmen/plumbers . Me and some of my neighbours are fed up with them and funny enough last time I brought up a very serious disrepair issue, which they took ages to fix, they confronted me saying that they were the real victims which is completely delusional. It's by far the worst agency I have encountered since I arrived to London. Stay away if you are a tenant, they only want to be in good terms with the landlords.

My house doesn't even meet the minimum safe housing conditions right now and this agency isn't responsive at all, as I have to chase them every week in order to get an update. They always take the landlord's side whenever there's a dispute and they simply don't care about the tenats. I've been through hell over the last 5 months so I would strongly advice anybody to stay away from them.

Excellent service from Curtis & Parker. I worked alongside their new employee, Benjamin. I was initially cautious due to him being new, however that doubt evaporated in no time! Would highly recommend him to anyone interested in renting homes in the West London area as he is more than capable, even more so than the senior members I've worked with in the past at rival companies!

Not even worth for 1 rating, agents are not professional, they call you until you send holding deposit, then make you wait for almost 20days telling waiting for landlord confirmation before cancellation your offer without Any Reason. Very very bad experience

The service I recieved was second to none, the staff are friendly and helpful. The office is in a great location and the premises is always clean and very welcoming the staff are very presentable and are always on hand to help with big or small queries.
This is the first agency I feel put my needs first!
Highly recommend them one of the few that still believe in customer service !

The absolute worst, they marketed my property even though they were told not to! They called me out the blue, no idea how they got my number, I had no idea who they even were so I told them no and to stop calling me. a few days later my actual agent asks me if I have broken his sole agency and shows me their ads! I was furious, I called to complain and the staff really was useless, they told me it was another flat at the house but that's impossible because I own all of them! All the pictures are just of the outside so it is obviously a con! They said a manager would call and that they would take down the ads but no one called for a week and the ads were still up so I had to call them again and really complain again that I had never instructed them and to take their ads down! I could not believe how unprofessional this lot are and to top it all they kept calling me back saying they have clients even though I told them to never call me again. I am at my wits end and really want to urge tenants not to call this lot as their ads are so vague they are obviously doing this to loads of landlords and you will likely not get what you are looking for, my actual agent says he gets complaints about them a lot. I hope someone can do something to stop this kind of behaviour soon.

Not an Estate Agency I would recommend a bunch of cowboys and they only care about how to rip you off .

I have dealt with Curtis and Parker twice in last 6 months and both times it has been a fantastic experience. We were assisted by Ciprian and he is an absolute delight to work with. So much so, that during our second apartment hunting, I directly reached out specifically to him. I was renting a flat which was looked after by Curtis and Parker and I can definitely recommend this agency for their professionalism and responsiveness. Kam and the team were incredibly helpful in addressing all our concerns from day one. The referencing process was quick and easy. Throughout our tenancy, they were always taking all our comments on board and passing them on to the landlord, trying to find solutions to make both sides happy. Very good mediation, communication and problem solving. Kam's exceptional responsiveness made our lives so much easier, and I'm sure the landlord's too - Kam was always available to offer solution when the landlord wasn't. We've had very bad experiences with other London agencies / landlords in the past, but dealing with Kam and the team was simply pleasure and we felt looked after well in 3 years of our tenancy. While looking for a new flat in Hammersmith, I noticed this lovely modern looking estate agency on King Street near a lot of other agencies, but I decided to leave the fate of my future accomodation in the hands of Curtis and Parker. I am very glad I made that decision as I was presented with a very professional service and dealt with a very friendly estate agent. The office was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. With the help of Curtis and Parker I was able to find a flat that was perfect, a lot of time and effort was spent by the estate agent trying to find me something ideal, not like most other agents that will just show anything that's available or they're trying to sell. Overall a very good experience working with them.
