I don’t always take the time to write a review but it’s important to give feedback when credit is due. Angela provided an excellent service from start to finish. My ex partner and I were selling our flat as we had separated a few months before. It was very important for us to get a quick sale but also the best price possible as we had only owned the property for 2 years so needed to cover costs. Her knowledge and expertise of the area was impeccable and we felt we could trust her to do a good job versus some of the other local agents that gave us totally unrealistic valuations. She didn’t disappoint. I’ve never known an agent to be so proactive in getting viewings so quickly! Not only were we pleased with what we sold for but it didn’t take long and Angela did all the negotiating. I would highly recommended KFH as an agent. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I didn’t rent with the agency as I found a flat in a different area completely. It was a beautiful flat but we found a flat that was 30 mins walk rather than a 30 mins transport commute.
However my experience with Roy was so amazing I thought I’d share for other.
During my viewings, I met Roy who was kind enough to organise a viewing same day. I was in a rush to find a flat, so that was perfect. Amazing flat that met my requirements which I shared with Roy.
Any concerns, any questions and stress I may have had Roy went out of his way to help. Genuinely nice and honest, and will help you out. Not the case everywhere so I really appreciate this. Next time I’m looking for a flat again, I will definitely be reaching out to Roy to find something that would be a great fit!

I know letting agencies are notoriously bad - but these guys are the worst ones I have dealt with. It took them 6 months to replace door handles, my roof has been leaking for 5 months causing extremely bad mould and my taps have been leaking for months. No sign of anything being fixed anytime soon. Communication is extremely poor - when they do bother to respond half of the emails don't make sense.
They also accused me of not paying rent - even though it was due to their negligence.
Would avoid letting from them if possible.

Our flats in July were flooded out and in a short period of time Antony Botha from the lettings team came across to our block of flats in Hammersmith to provide an official valuation of rent for our insurers. He then also in a very short period of time secured us temporary rentals working with the insurance agency, each of us lease-holders at the block of flats to ensure all the paper work was handled smoothly and efficiently. It was a lot of work in a very stressful time and Antony's organisation, efficiency reduced stress and made a very bad situation work for all of us - the insurers, us as tenants and our new landlords. I am very grateful as now after 6 months in temporary accommodation we are all safely back home.

Even though I ended up finding my new home through a different agency, Antony from the Hammersmith branch was the most helpful since the first moment I approached KFH to book a viewing.
Antony was very professional, followed the Covid guidelines during the viewings and took in consideration all my requirements. We saw a couple of properties at very short notice, on my request, and not being of my liking (in real life!), Antony kept sending suggestions through. Unfortunately for KFH I also had my eye on a different place not under their agency's remit, that ended up being available in the meantime.
Fahim and Arjuna also took their time looking for properties for me and I really appreciated their help.
Will definitely use KFH services in the future if needed. All very helpful without being pushy or using aggressive marketing on customers that are naturally under the stress or pressure that the London market automatically puts on one's shoulders as soon as one decides to move home!

He took the time to listen and properly explained the process and provided a professional and analytical breakdown of my options and realistic expectations. I was having trouble deciding and having to work full time while flat hunting makes it very difficult, timing wise. And he didn't get upset and was very patient with me when I had missed quite a few of the calls / emails. My partner and I decided to move house. Although we know moving house is never easy to think of never mind to go for, we still decided to give it a try. For me, the process leaving home & finding somewhere new to live on a tight budget has been an arduous one.
Countless searches online, phone calls, turning up for viewings only to find the property not congruent to the pictures advertised..
All while working long hours. Exhausting.
That was until I was blessed enough to find a place through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward who, on my visit to their branch in Hammersmith struck me as very professional outfit I must say, especially compared to the rogue letting agents I'd previously come across. Under extremely difficult circumstances Med Moroglu helped managed to obtain a mortgage for myself and my wife which enabled us to move into our new family home.
The professionalism, patience and overall service provided by Med was outstanding. For 7 months he worked tirelessly to secure us a highly competitive mortgage made challenging as our only source of income was from self-employment. At times he could easily have given up but he kept true to his word and delivered.

I admit I never heard of this agency before but Antony Botha has been very responsive, which is difficult to find and I’ve been in touch with like 20 different agents in one week. He listens, pays attention to what you are looking for and understands what really works for you, so he doesn’t try to sell you what they want but what he understands fits your requirements. He has been very helpful (I had a pet so it was a nightmare to find something) , even after I communicated that I was putting an offer for another flat. They lied about service charges they said around 800 £ Then i found out from my sc (last stage ) it was 1400 £ when you ask about the property they don’t know !! What do you know ? If you are working as an estate agency
Second one is. They offer you a solicitor DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH THEIR SC. They tell your the fees then Mine was 1800£ once everything done they added a few extra fees 2100 £ had to paid !!!! There are a few tings more but I think that’s enough to know those things anyway !!

After a very long and arduous struggle, KFH did eventually achieve the sale of out house. Initially we had dealings with an impressive manager who soon took maternity leave of absence. We were then left in the care of a cohort who totally failed to give us the true facts. It is no doubt the job of an agent to keep their clients 'bolstered', but clearly, they have no awareness of the stress and anxiety being caused by half truths and subterfuge. Upon the departure of this particular agent, we were placed in the care of the East Dulwich office where the manager exercised a policy of not replying to communications. His well meaning assistant did her best, but from the moment that she wrote 'we thought we was', our already shattered confidence evaporated even more. Not a happy experience.

Though the process of selling in a difficult market is inevitably a lengthy and stressful one, it would have been much harder without the continual support of Hannah and her team, whose smart strategic thinking, extensive network of contacts and sheer hard work gave us confidence from valuation to completion. I interacted with Krystal from KFH who showed us the flat. When we started searching for a flat for rent, Krystal suggested really good options. We turned up quite late in evening for viewing the flat because of tube service delay but Krystal was quite patient with us. Guy from KFH helped in negotiating the rent with owner. With help of him, we managed to get the flat on mutual agreed rate. It was difficult and long process in negotiating but finally we managed to get the flat. It seems my opinion may be a bit of an anomaly based on other reviews on here but my experience with this office has been very bad. I am a property owner and asked the management company to look after my property from June last year. I cancelled and switched by November. Some agents may be better than others but those assigned to my property didn't listen to instructions and ignored requests, failed to reply to emails for weeks, suggested I was misled and misinformed regarding information passed to me from other senior KFH colleagues and to top it all off, showed contempt towards me when i raised concerns about the management. Now, and the reason i am writing this, they continue to hold on to my £300 float over a month after I cancelled the contract and will not give it back to me. Absolutely appalling 80% of the time. The only reason they get two stars is because the previous senior property manager (who has now left) was great. I suggest property owners steer clear of this KFH property management department.

The worst and total useless agency I Have even dealt with. The best task they are able to do is to rip you off! For all the other services they continuously make mistakes and you have to follow everything like you were doing the work yourself, so why paying them?
When you leave the flat there is the “strawberry on the cake” with 76£ fee if you want them to reference you for the new flat!

4 voicemail messages and 6 phone-calls to repeatedly reconfirm a confirmed viewing, plus an email advising us not to be late "As he was very busy and couldn't wait"

All in all I'd recommend avoiding Brandon as I'd assume the rest of KFH could not achieve the level of incompetence that he did...

Having had a sale fall through with another agent, KFH in Hammersmith took it on and were fantastic. I was really impressed by the level and regularity of feedback that we got from them on the viewings they were doing which was really detailed and they gave us the bad feedback as well as the good. Then they actually sold our flat for the same price within 3 weeks of the original sale falling through which meant that we could proceed with the purchase of our dream property in France. We interacted with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Hammersmith Branch, for a new letting two months ago. Our point of contact was Mandeep Dhillon, one of the lettings manager of that branch.
We can say it was a pleasure to work with her. She replied to all my emails and questions in a very efficient manner, established the bridge between me and my future landlord and ensured all my terms were achieved in the negotiations. The process was quite fast and very sophisticated as all the paperwork is signed electronically, which, for someone like me that cannot leave work, is a value added perspective.
Although we had some issues with the check in process, which was provided by another company in an outsourced contract, Mandeep was very fast to react and amend the issues, as soon as we listed and explained them to her, by e-mail.
We have moved houses a few times in London and it was always a nightmare. Agents are rude, tell you one thing and then do another, among others issues, so this was our first pleasant experience in the letting world, in London. Would recommend this agency and Manager to anyone.

Terrible customer services, by far the most unorganised agency I have ever used! Renting a property through them has been more stressful than when I brought a house!

I had the misfortune to put in an offer for a tenancy with these rogue traders. They demanded a £300 deposit upfront just for me to request the property, and two days later told me I couldn't have the property as it had been rented out through another agency! It took over a week to get my money back, and they were quite difficult about it. Avoid at all costs.
