I bought my place so that’s why I have given 2 starts otherwise it would be 0 !!!!!
They lied about service charges they said around 800 £ Then i found out from my sc (last stage ) it was 1400 £ when you ask about the property they don’t know !! What do you know ? If you are working as an estate agency
Second one is. They offer you a solicitor DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH THEIR SC. They tell your the fees then Mine was 1800£ once everything done they added a few extra fees 2100 £ had to paid !!!! There are a few tings more but I think that’s enough to know those things anyway !!

Have dealt with KFH on several occasions on the sales side but had my first experience with the lettings department and I must say from day 1, Antony Botha was absolutely exceptional! We dealt with Rebecca on the lettings team when moving into our new apartment. Rebecca was incredibly efficient, getting back to my enquiry within an hour of placing it (and actually returning it which seems to be rare for some other estate agents!). She was polite, friendly and professional from the start, and her back and forth contact and updates have been faster than my expectations would want them to be. Despite COVID-19, she has clearly adapted to this situation really well keeping in regular contact and getting our tenancy set up quickly. I couldn't recommend using her as an agent more - she is by far the best I have dealt with so far in London!
