Awful customer service, the gentleman behind the counter, was the rudest man I have ever come across, from start to finish. My little sister purchased some chocolates for mothers day here and the man first tried to offer her more chocolate and she turned it down he then belittled her choice of a mothers day gift, making her feel embarrassed as he did this infront of a que of people and also made her feel like her gift was inadequate for my mother, To the point where she felt bad giving them to her. That and you have to stand a good foot back to avoid then stench of his breath. These ar just two point of many from a 3 minute encounter.... Read more

Walked into the shop to find two men stacking beer, one of which very loudly said “oh s**t it’s leaking”. I then went to the till and had to wait for a very long time before someone actually came to serve me. Eventually a very miserable looking man named Easa came to the till without any apology. After I paid he just handed me the receipt and didn’t even say thank you and acted as if he didn’t want to be there. How incredibly rude. Ridiculous considering I’d paid £3.40 for a small bottle of Pepsi and a chocolate muffin.... Read more
