My experience of Frost Partnership has been excellent. My elderly mother was selling her house to move into a retirement apartment and, as you can imagine, it was a daunting prospect for her. Our main contact at Frost was Andrew H. and he couldn't have been kinder. He showed empathy towards my mother at every stage, almost treating her as if she was his own grandmother! He kept me informed of everything as it was happening, and when I had a query he acted on it straight away. I had absolute trust in Andrew and knew he had our best concerns at heart. So thank you!
Dreadful company. Avoid!!! Rented a house through Frost in Amersham, due to move in on the Friday, existing house all packed up, Frost hadn't arranged removal of existing furniture and so couldn't get entry to new property due to gross stupidity and planning. Had to store furniture until Monday costing £1000 and buy everything from a toothbrush to clean underwear to get through the weekend. Typical Frost washed their hands of it and refused to compensate. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY A HUGE AMOUNT OF STRESS!!!
I have my 3-bedroom family semi-detached property where we have resided for over 25 years listed with Wilson Heal, one of the two Estate Agents in Little Chalfont village.
I selected three local agents to pitch for the listing and
after conferring with my son, a Location Accountant and my Financial Advisor, we selected Wilson Heal based on their friendly, frank, constructive approach and their competitive fee.
Since listing the property at the end of June 2018, I've had a healthy number of viewings and two offers, both of which I rejected for being too low but it's a buyers market at present so they're trying it on and I know there will be other offers at a more representative rate. I'm not in any hurry to move so I'm sitting pretty until the right buyer comes along.
Senior negotiators Mark Tibbles and Viv Jaques and occasionally company owner Johnathan Wilson, have been conducting viewings and showing people around 24 Loudhams Road . They're conveying my wishes and rejecting offers on my behalf where appropriate according to my guidelines which saves a lot of needless communication, a bonus when you have a busy lifestyle.
The market, whilst vulnerable due to economic conditions appears to be picking up and I've been very happy with the number of viewings which Wilson Heal's marketing is generating.
Mark, Viv and Johnathan are a delight to work with, as are the office staff. They're friendly, upbeat and very fair in their dealings with buyers and vendors. There's quite an art to notifying a vendor someone doesn't like their house because of x,y,z, especially for someone like me who has lived in their much-loved family home so long! Mark Tibble has proved a master in diplomacy and Viv Jacques has made it clear to potential buyers who for example offer derisory amounts at prices based on the market in 2015, that it wouldn't be acceptable to the vendor and indeed might irritate them to the degree they won't consider further offers. How true!
Essentially they are employing my direct and unspoken requirements intuitively as they get to know me and my preferences better. They're very proactive, plus their attention to detail is excellent; monitoring market trends and stats which all helps to gauge whether to amend the price point accordingly in a fluctuating market to optimise viewings.
In short a top team and highly recommended. Thanks to everyone, including the sales team and office staff. Here's to an offer I won't want to refuse :)
