I found the team to be very friendly and, whilst they were quick to resolve any issues that arose they also left me alone to enjoy my tenancy without interference I've rented for many years and they are one of the best Agencies I've had to deal with. Tried to arrange a viewing and the estate agent said the client’s husband had been taken critically ill that day and the property was being taken off the market. A week later, the property was still on the market and I called to see if there were any updates, and was informed the property had gone under offer... Why would you make up something such as your clients being critically ill? Very strange!... Read more

Weirdly they seemed to have acted in the best interest of the buyer throughout the process, while as the seller we were paying their hefty commission. They repeatedly made excuses and unduly prolonged the sale completion time for the buyer's convenience. Very disappointed.... Read more

I am having real a bad experience with this agency and will never recommend it to any one. They do not act promptly on any issues reported even if related to health and safety of the tenants. They do not respond to emails for weeks and take a lot of followup for response and take ages for any repairs. Moreover, they try all the tactics to make deductions from the tenant deposit and make up nonsense reasons and do not give any justification or evidence for that. I had to wait for 6 weeks to even get a response on my deposit refund and they made unjustifiable claims on deposit which I need to fight with them through Deposit Protection Adjudicator. Also, I am pursuing a complaint with them and the The Property Ombudsman for their unprofessionalism and not taking prompt action on health and safety issues for tenants. Not recommended at all. :(... Read more
