Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. When renting a home in the Amersham area we found the property we wanted through Binks Lettings. As an estate agency, they were so professional, and the property was exceptionally well maintained and the staff are all lovely. Mentioning Marie, Jackie and Simone. Five Years on and staying in the area we moved to our new home bought through Binks Sales Department. They were equally exceptional. By far the best agency we had come across, understanding our needs and supporting us every step of the buying process. Don’t be fooled by agents who say they are the best, just go to one agency – Binks. On the rentals they know exactly what they are talking about and are just lovely. We asked a couple of agents to give us a valuation as we were unsure whether to extend or move. We found Binks so unlike any other agents. They were very helpful and informative offering suggestions on how we could improve our current home to increase its value, that we hadn’t previously considered. They clearly demonstrated that they were interested in us and our home, even though it soon became apparent during the visit that we would be far better off staying put for the next few years until our children leave home.
