The worst estate agents , they rented us a property that should never have been rented out , the property didn’t have an extractor fan in the bathroom and in the kitchen , the landlord just put something in the hole so we assumed it was working not knowing it wasn’t . This contributed to mould in the property and when we complained we were only told to open the windows . House was so cold , also the kitchen was leaking .... Read more

Various calls made to this branch, they never answer in the office and always get put through to the concierge service. No reply for at least 24 hours or longer. This has been when trying to view properties or when making enquiries. The worst being when calling to remove an offer, to prevent wasting the sellors time. I've sent various emails and made various calls to withdraw an offer and no response from anyone in the branch even though the concierge marked my request as urgent after my third call. I am pleased I will not be doing any kind of business with this company.... Read more

0 stars. Called several times over the last 4 weeks and left messages with no response. Poor vendor. Keep getting transferred to head office who take a message. Seems like 'working from home' for the Haart gidea park staff means not working at all. Avoid.... Read more
