After managing another estate agent for a number of years, the team at April Properties were a breath of fresh air and I can't speak highly enough of them for the way they communicated and managed the renting of my property to new tenants. Ezgi, Esen, Erik and Ela are all proactive, friendly and informative, were patient with my many questions and were helpful with advising on prospective tenants.

We had a really rubbish buyer with a previous agent, and we thought all was lost, but one night walking past a for sale sign, we noticed Aprils branding. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks.
Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line.
We will never forget the hard work and effort Erik, Ezgie and Ela put in to helping us sell the property.
1000% recommend these guys to sell your property, and if your fence, take a leap; April wont let you down.

An excellent letting Agent. Highly efficient. Very thorough in vetting prospective tenants. Ensure rent is collected and paid on time. All staff are fully committed and always available to contact. Esen who is the main manager of my properties is particularly helpful. She has a charming personality and keeps in touch with the tenants. Property was decent and good, but we wanted a 2 bed flat. However Ela guided us well in viewing the property , she had given each and every details of the property and how it will be benefit to us .

I recently rented a flat through AP, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The property was not cleaned properly before my move-in, and I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning it myself. Additionally, there were communication issues between AP and the landlord, which resulted in an agreement being made that the landlord did not honor after the contract was signed by all parties. I was also disappointed to find out that the landlord was using the storage room in the flat, which was not disclosed to me prior to move-in and caused me inconvenience when trying to have it removed.
In addition, it took an unreasonably long time for repairs to be completed, even for essential repairs like the fridge and heating not working. To make matters worse, AP tried to blame me for damage to an item that I did not break and implied that damages listed in the checked-in report were caused by me.
Overall, my experience with AP was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this property agency for their housing needs.

Ezgi who has shown us the Property and then took us through the whole process of getting it has been helping us throughout and sharing all the important information and steps. April Properties were very professional in helping us rent a house in Leytonstone. We moved from Europe to UK for the first time and it was not easy for us arranging everything from abroad, but Edward and team were quite flexible and ensured us a smooth move right from the viewing to document collection/verification and handing in over the keys! They handed us useful information on house rules etc thereby relieving the stress and fear of a completely new place. The storm was the only bad thing on our arrival and they quite helped on that too by warming up the house a bit for us before we arrived!
Edward was also very thoughtful checking on us every now and then to ensure we were fine with the house and also gave us some very helpful information on the neighborhood!
Indeed that was a warm welcome and seamless move for us! Would recommend their service definitely.

Amazing Estate Agents! My boyfriend and I were looking to rent out our property for a short let while we go travelling.
