For a long time I contacted with various agencies, to found accommodation for my family. My repeated attempts were unsuccessful, until i came in Bairstow Eves. To happines there work professionals, thank for that, I found this, what i was looking for. Many thanks to Nevena and Kevin. But after them there start working a rudest person what I saw in my live, named Kwaku Dapaa-Ansere. If he still working there - run away clients!

Really friendly and helpful staff! My first time moving completely by myself and everyone was always available to answer my questions and make the whole process as easy and stress free as possible.
Plus, I was moving on a Sunday and Luke came in especially (outside of working hours) to give me my keys and make sure I could be accommodated.
Can't recommend enough .. thanks guys!

Myself and my girlfriend arranged a flat viewing very early on a Saturday morning as we had work that day. Luke was more than accommodating. We saw the flat loved it and loved Luke's honesty about the area. After making a holding deposit on the flat Jessica took over as Luke was on annual leave. Jessica was excellent in seeing it through with us, from references until handing the keys to us that following week. Top notch service. I would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves Leyton Branch.

Maybe it’s the best letting agency you can find in the area!
Jessica has been great, really professional and comprehensive, understanding our needs and making everything possible to satisfy us.
She showed us a fantastic studio flat, immediately available, and helped us a lot to complete all the documents necessary.
We found a very nice person not just a letting agent and that’s the most important aspect for us, something rare to find in London!

We used Matthew Zarb-Cousin the branch manager to sell out house earlier this year and not only did he achieve the full asking price but also offered great customer service, always available over the phone, and prompt with updates throughout. Overall a top experience with Bairstow Eves and happy we chose them.

After a bad experience with our initial flat rental falling through, my agents Jessica and Luke very quickly found me a suitable alternative and handled everything relatively smoothly and efficiently, and I am very happy with our new place. My only gripe is the high agency fees!

Very disappointed with the Leyton branch. The sales manager Mr Leonard was dishonest and lied to me repeatedly and never contacted me back. He then left the company with no warning and didn't update his colleagues with any information regarding my offer on a property they were selling.

Avoid this agency at all costs. They ignore most of emails, they never return calls and most importantly they consistently lie. We've learned our lesson hard way wasting lots of time, money and effort while we have been told that everything is fine. Both managers Paul Leonard and Akbar Ali were dishonest with us and needed to be chased to reply to emails.
Huge disappointment and massive waste of our time and money.

We wanted to sell our porperty and we choose this estate agent however, we found them to be very rigid on their commission of 1.5% for a property which is less than £200,000 plus they dont spend a penny on marketing until they sell so you put the money upfront, so they have no passion for selling because they have not put anything on the line. The customer service was good I must say she was professional however because they work nationwide they are not as keen as another local agent.

We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and we were instructed by our client to carry out a Homebuyers Survey on a property they were buying through the Leyton branch of Bairstow Eves. When I contacted Bairstow Eves to arrange access to the property, I spoke to the manager Paul Leonard who told me the sale would be going ahead whether the buyer had a survey carried out or not. When I pointed out that the buyer was not aware of this, he became hostile and then sneeringly sarcastic until I told him he was being rude, at which point he said he didn't want to speak to me and hung up the phone. When I rang back he snapped 'I told you not to phone me' and hung up again.
Mr Leonard’s lack of professionalism was astonishing. He should have been helping his clients to sell their property, not behaving like a petulant child.
The survey was eventually arranged through another member of staff, called Akbar, who was helpful, polite, efficient and professional. In short, everything Mr Leonard is not, and anyone who is considering using the Leyton Branch of Bairstow Eves would be well advised to go straight to Akbar and avoid the manager like the plague.
