I would like to share my heartfelt thanks to all at JNP Stokenchurch and especially to Tim Anning who was absolutely fantastic during the recent sale of my mother's house after her death. Tim has always taken the time to talk through options and answer queries in a thorough and relaxed manner. He never rushed me or pressurised me into a decision. I felt I received a personal service rather than a one-size fits all corporate process. Having lived in the area most of his life Tim knows each road and its history/building types very well and was very knowledgeable when it came to pitching the house to potential buyers. Even when the house had been sold he continued to be there and helped us out at every opportunity he could which was especially useful as we don't live anywhere near the property. I can't recommend this service highly enough.

First class! The team went over and above what you would normally expect from a estate agency. Tim in particular was prompt in responding to emails, chasing solicitors and was more than accommodating to help enable us a very smooth purchase and move. I honestly couldn’t fault them. Superb! Definitely the type of company you want to deal with when entering what could be a very stressful period of time.

Thanks to all at JNP Stokenchurch especially Alex who must have got totally fed up with my many phone calls to see if the house sale had moved along due to the process being dragged out by my buyers solicitors. I agreed a sale at the asking price within a week of it being on the market so the team did a great job for me and I would definitely recommend them.
