We exchanged last Friday on our house in Princes Risborough. I dealt with Henry who did the viewing and Dan who did the negotations and after sales. What I liked was the fact that they let us view the property despite the fact the our current house was't yet on the market. Our house went on the market the day of the viewing. Other agents wouldn't let us view until we had an offer on our house. Henry was very knowledgable about the house. Dan dealt with all the chasing. Great experience buying our first home through Tim Russ, Princes Risborough.
I had attempted to buy two properties through another estate agent before this one. My experience with those previous agents was that as soon as the offer was accepted, they became nearly impossible to contact. When I would finally get through to them, I was made to feel as if I was a burden for having a question.
However Tim Russ were a breath of fresh air. They were always available whenever I called, quick to answer emails, and were empathetic to any concerns I had during the process. They remained friendly and professional throughout the whole purchase.

I kept calling them over and over, for a couple weeks on a property I was interested in renting. The person who would pick up would always pick our phone number and name and that's it. They never called once. I had to call them. The guy who was always picking up kept sounding like he was tired of me calling, like an "why are you talking to me" attitude. Only last time I called he seemed a bit better. There was an property I was interested, it stayed up for those two weeks, and now it shows "LET AGREED". They said it was been referenced too. They didn't even bother to call back for the let agreed or for any of the other times I called inquiring. If you call that good customer service, I don't want to know what's bad.

We used Tim Russ to sell our parents house in Speen, Buckinghamshire. All of the team were excellent throughout; the valuation was spot on and the presentation of the property online really sold the key features of the property. Tim Russ organised all of the viewings, we did not live at the property, dealing very politely with tenants when they were in the property. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and I never needed to chase for feedback. Our initial buyer dropped out through no fault of Tim Russ, again when this happened they reacted swiftly and they helped us achieve a top price for the property. Once we had an offered accepted, TIm Russ kept on top of the process, keeping us informed and chasing solicitors on a regular basis - their local knowledge and familiarity with many of the conveyancing solicitors in the area really helped push through the red tape and we were able to exchange and complete in a relatively short time. Everyone I dealt with at Tim Russ was friendly and very courteous and I would strongly recommend them as a company who can achieve the best selling price and help you through what can be a very stressful process.

The bad news is that we ended up breaking Tim Russ' Princes Risborough agency's record as their longest clients' purchase procedure, over 15 months.The good news is that throughout that time we experienced nothing but patient, kindly encouragement from the friendly team, led by Simon who removed a lot of the inevitable worry. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Viewing arranged for a property with Dan. Happened to see on rightmove and confirmed on Tim Russ website that the property sold previous day. No contact whatsoever to advise this, not even an email or text yet they managed to.update their own website and Rightmove I had to call the office and all I got was an empty apology. Very unprofessional

I openly admit I was in a cynical mood by the time I got to Tim Russ.
A bit wounded by poor experiences with two other local estate agents, my anxieties were heightening as I recognised the house I was trying to sell was becoming increasingly difficult to do so as a result.
However, when I first met Simon and Cathy and, later, Dan, it became quickly obvious that these guys are WAY above any of the competition in the area.
Straight, thorough, honest, re-assuring, enthusiastic, prepared to go the extra mile - and also extremely pleasant to deal with.
Everything other agents in the area aren't...
We'd had previous dealings with your predecessor Gavin back in 2014 and 2015. He too, was extremely pleasant and called me from time-to-time before he moved on to see if there was anything he could help with.
So, I already knew I liked your agency. The lesson from that was that we should have gone with you to start with.
However, had we done that, I may not have realised just how good you guys are and I might not have appreciated you as much!
Many thanks to you and your team once again.
You will never truly know just how much I appreciated all your efforts and what an absolute pleasure it was to deal with you.
If I had to sell another property in the Risborough area, I would go no further than Tim Russ.

Having had my home valued by a local Agent in the area Tim Russ valued my home for £20,000 more . Not only did Tim Russ get me my full asking price and my home was sold with in 4 days of it being placed on the market . A big thank you to Cathy , Simon and Dan for all your hard work , guidance effort and help , you made the whole process so easy for me and took care of the whole thing for me as I had never sold before .
