We were delighted with Tim Russ Hazlemere from day 1 when we asked Martin to come and value our bungalow. Knowing the area well he gave us a valuation that he felt was realistic and he and his team went into action. The photographer was very thorough and then the viewings started . Within a week we had sold and through to the completion Martin Jo and the team were at the end of the phone to assist with any ( and many ) queries.
We would totally recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the Hazlemere / Penn area. From the beginning to the end they gave us confidence .

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. I’ve used many estate agencies over the years developing properties, so I can say (speaking from painful experience), Martin and the team are seasoned professionals. The process from the initial consultancy to sale, every interaction was efficient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and effortless. Importantly, they remembered the key features of my property when showing to potential purchasers. I did my research on local agencies (volume of properties in my price bracket, volume of visible boards locally, customer reviews, quality of pictures, internet searches, etc) and it certainly paid off with Tim Russ.

I 100% recommend Tim Russ & Company, Hazlemere. My property was in a niche market so relatively few viewings. I had actually moved away from the area but visited monthly. I always made a point of calling in to chat with Dennis and Jo who always remained positive about finding s buyer....... and sure enough eventually they did - with no chain! Perfect! Jo expertly managed the negotiations and I was happy with the outcome. From sale agreed to exchange was a lengthy process mainly due to the mortgage process but at all times Jo was ontop of it all- pushing solicitors, requesting timelines chivvying everyone along and certainly kept me fully informed. It has certainly been an incredible journey and Jo has always been positive throughout..... and nothing seemed too much trouble! I have no hesitation in saying they are the best estate agents I have used.

Excellent service from the team in Hazlemere, I truly believe that we would not have achieved what we set out to do (2 sales and 1 purchase) with any other agents, especially the new wave of no commission based estate agents.
Like everybody, I will try to save money when I can but if you can find a good estate agent, you will end up better off. Martin Perry's wealth of experience will reasssure you through the process especially during stressful times, we cannot recommended this agent enough.

I'd used this company before some years ago and been very happy so when it was time to move on i called them to value my house. Not only was the person nearly 30 mins late for the appointment he offered no real apology or show concern that he was late. I think he was the manager so i would have expected more. After the visit i never heard from them again and decided to go elsewhere. For such a well known company i was surprised with this level of service
