24th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)We used Carter Jonas in Oxford, England to rent out our property and I was overall very satisfied with the service they provided. I didn´t have to do any chasing as things progressed nicely in a timely manner and they were very good at getting back to me with updates. Their rates were also much better than the other common letting agencies. The only small thing that can be improved is the delay between tenants paying the rent to Carter Jonas and the day it is received by the landlord, if that can be reduced it would further increase the satisfaction. But overall I would recommend Carter Jonas.

Any question I had was responded to very quickly, and I was updated thoroughly throughout. I would highly recommend my experience with Parkers. When collecting keys for the property I received a welcome box gift from Parker’s which was very kind and a thoughtful touch.

We have both been extremely impressed with all of our interactions with JNP. Phillip and Douglas were so friendly and knowledgeable on both of our viewings, and when communicating with the office, Emily and Mark have both been fantastically positive and helpful with all of our queries. When Emily wasn't able to get in contact with the owners, she even called us back at the end of the day to make sure we knew that they hadn't forgotten about us! In every aspect, JNP have been the best estate agent that we've dealt with. If we were to put our house on the market again, we would definitely go with them.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
13th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)We purchased and then later sold our house via R Whitley's and both times our experience has been outstanding with them. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and I felt that they always had our best interest in their mind. We especially appreciated their perseverance in selling our house that was happening in difficult market conditions, but they managed to get there at the end. They always followed up with people viewing the house and kept us updated on progress, even if there wasn't much to update on. I really wish all estate agents were like them and would thoroughly recommend them.
