25th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)My rental flat has recently needed replacement heating which the lettings manager organised on my behalf; using an experienced and reliable company; communicating with the tenant and coordinating with the heating company and myself - ensuring the works were carried out to everyone’s satisfaction. I was most grateful for the great deal of time and effort which the manager put into the project on my behalf. More recently a fire door assessment was carried out by an external company; and again the lettings manager was on site and available for access if needed; and as a reassuring presence for the tenant whilst the doors were being inspected. I had the opportunity to meet the lettings manager (Keith) and was most impressed by his genuine interest in both the requirements of my tenant and myself as landlord. My rental investment is still in safe hands; as it has been for the last 26 years !
26th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Orlando Reid have been responsible for letting my flat in Clapham for several years. They have been excellent. They are professional, helpful and efficient. They have also looked after my tenants very well. More recently, they have acted as the sole agent for selling the flat. They have, again, proven to be perfect. In particular I have valued the advice of Tom Butler and Armond Ghahramani who are handling the sale. They have been outstanding. It has been a pleasure working with them. Tom, In particular has taken a proactive approach to the sale, kept me well in the picture, dealt with both my and the buyer's solicitors and steered us through several complicated stages with great efficiency and helpfulness. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering either letting or selling a property in the Clapham area.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
