Their calm and collected approach made what could have been an extremely stressful process into a rather enjoyable experience! I would highly recommend their services.
18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Dreadful experience from start to finish with Stuart Burtenshaw. Firstly his arrogant aura came across as mocking the way my parents lived when he came to view the property for a probate valuation. I didn't want to put the house on the market because of this but one of my siblings thought that seeing as they knew George Rockall all would be ok - how wrong could they have been...... Stuart Burtenshaw is the most arrogant, rude, unempathetic, person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He made mistakes throughout the process, he was pushy to except an offer of £70K less than the asking price when our property had only been on the market for less than 8 weeks....needless to say we did not accept it. When he asked which solicitors we used and then advised that they used Lightfoots regularly, which in turn led us to believe he understood their processes, again how wrong could I be.... the actual completion day was an absolute horrendous and very upsetting day, we were advised by our solicitors not to hand over the keys until the solicitors had called us to advise they had received the monies, we received this call at 1pm on the day of completion, followed by a very nasty & pushy call from Stuart Burtenshaw at 1.05pm asking when we could drop the keys in when I said 30 minutes I was told that was totally unacceptable and he demanded to know how long it would be as the new owners had been at the estate agents at 10am...... This we thought was not our problem and Stuart should have known Lightfoots proceedures, and dealt with it accordingly, I asked for 10 minutes, instead he suggested that he just send them down to our house, next thing 5 vans and 2 cars arrived and new owners wanted to come in..... We had no time to say goodbye to our family home of 61 years......... Bitterly disappointed doesn't cover it, my advice would be DO NOT use White Lion to sell a property and if you have to then avoid Stuart Burtenshaw at all cost.- 23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Thank you JNP and especially Naz, he helped with many viewings and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property highly recommended

With Chancellors there were lies, rudeness and very poor communication. Still have a property in the area if I to sell it , Chancellors most certainly wont be the agency I will be using.

16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have just finished our second move with Keegan White and can say that we are really impressed with the service. Originally dealt with Charlotte who is always on the ball, willing to help and relatable, and then the remainder of the move was with Lenny. What we loved about Lenny was there was no rubbish, it was honesty and that is exactly what we needed, just clear answers of what is happening and real time schedules. Lenny always replied to my e-mails, even if he didn't have the answer he acknowledged my e-mails to say he is chasing his side. Amazed how Lenny remains calm in such a pressured environment - so bravo! It has been a stressful 7 months, but pleased we are now over the line and will recommend Keegan White to anyone I know wishing to move. Thank you Lenny and Team :)
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The Team at Ford, more than delivered on that. They found a selection of prospective Tenants for me to consider and handled the process from start to finish. This gives me the peace of mind that my property is being well looked after had been a hassle free process and I would definitely recommend them

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

A basic level of professionalism and responsiveness shouldn’t be too much to expect, but sadly that’s not the case here. Would not recommend.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
