Charlie is facilitating our purchase with courtesy and helpfulness. Whilst we still have to exchange contracts, Charlie has helped us obtain answers from the vendors which are immensely helpful as we are down sizing. He is a great advert for Fine & Country. Whilst we have mainly dealt with Charlie, Josh has also been most helpful if Charlie has been out of the office.

F&C were unable to find a buyer for months and when they finally did, they mishandled the execution resulting in the buyers acquiring a neighbouring property. Since then both F&C existing agents resigned without notice (they were still instructed as joint agents and being messaged for assistance - with no reply) yet F&C claimed for their full "joint" commission once another agency sold the property. There is a clear market leader in South Bucks and it is not F&C.
