We have just completed on the sale of a one bed on Abbeville Road in Clapham. We weren't sure about using a high street agent, but Aspire promised that they could deliver buyers from their existing database. They didn't let us down. They found us a good buyer and helped we negotiate a deal that we were all very happy with in less than a week. Going forward from there, they were professional, extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I even used their recommendation for a solicitor (with no referral fee) who ended up being just as fantastic. Any bumps in the process were quickly ironed out and we exchanged and completed very quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough and I would use them again.... Read more
