We interacted with numerous estate agents in the process of purchasing our home and Michaela was easily the best. Obviously we wouldn't have bought our home if we hadn't liked it anyway, but I can honestly say Michaela made all the difference to the sale. She was experienced, well-informed and very responsive. She was open from the start about potential problems with the property - which had she concealed and they'd come to light later, would probably have scared us off. She was unfailingly patient (we made her show us round the same house three times!) and knows the area really well, which helped make our decision easier. I speak from a buyer's perspective but if we were ever to sell our house, I would not hesitate to use Michaela and I would recommend her and Aspire to anyone looking for an estate agent local to this area.

Lilly was my negotiator at aspire when i was looking for a apartment in fulham this year. I can only have the highest recommendation of Lilly to any person who's looking for a property in Fulham. She was knowledgeable, helpful and made the experience of viewing apartments, which can be quite a dull process, fun but very informative.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a estate agent in Fulham.
