Philippa from James Pendleton recently helped us lease a flat in Clapham. Throughout the process Philippa was nothing but obliging. She arranged multiple viewings at short notice and even went as far as to wait for a sofa delivery to be let into the flat ahead of our arrival.

Thankfully James Pendleton are also the management company for our new property and if her colleagues are anything like Philippa I know we will be in great hands.

Philippa Crombie at JP Clapham Common was absolutely brilliant, not only did she find my dream letting but she was so helpful with following up on certain things and was always really responsive. Avoid like the plague. It's a shame there is no 0 star option.
Property left in an uninhabitable state (lack of heating for 4 days due to several gas leaks). We were told that alternative accommodation wouldn't be arranged or paid for if we arranged it. No compensation given for the 4 days we had to stay at our friends house.

Oh, and one of their 'highly vetted' contractors took my wallet from our property.

Brilliant Kelly Rayment at James Pendleton saved my sale. She was on top of everything, pushing slow solicitors, visiting the flat to make sure everything looked its best, keeping me updated all the time - really above and beyond the call of duty. I also appreciated the support of David Standeven and Will Martin - they did what Estate Agents are supposed to do: sell a property quickly, professionally and at a good price - AND help you through all the exhausting ups and downs of a conveyancing process. Worth every penny of the commission - and a reminder of why "sell-it-yourself" websites can never replace a good EA when you need one!
