Great service all around and very professional. Never felt any pressure or hard sell; The coopers team were happy to show me many properties until I found one that I liked. Once I did they were very efficient and accommodating to meet the quick window I had for my moving date. By quite some margin the most pleasant experience I’ve had dealing with an agent in London.

Surprised at some of the bad reviews on this place - have always found Leah very supportive in getting stuff sorted where possible and very friendly.
Would recommend Cooper's and nice that you know the people who work there.

Worst Letting agency I had to deal with.
3 weeks after we moved into our new flat let by Coopers, the letting agent informed us the Landlord would like to move back to the premises as soon as possible.
Coopers was aware the Landlord might move back but rented the place to us anyway. The letting agent "politely" asked us to find an arrangement to vacate the premises as soon as possible. Fortunately, we were protected by our 12 month contract.
Avoid at all costs.

Coopers were fine during the course of the tenancy (responding to queries, fixing issues), but were dreadful at the end of the tenancy. The process of getting the deposit back was horrific. They tried to claim for cleaning costs, despite the fact that the flat had been cleaned. When we disputed this cost, they then tripled the amount they were claiming as deductions on the flat. Forced to go through arbitration. Would advise anyone forced to use their services to take photos of everything when they leave the property and keep copies of all documentation.

Lea and the team are absolutely amazing (never thought I'd say this about an estate agent). Whenever we had any issues with the flat, it was always resolved very quickly. I can't fault them in the two years I rented from them. I wish I could say this about my new agency...
I would recommend Cooper's to anyone.

An incredible effort at lying through their teeth. Admittedly 5 minutes late to a viewing due to having to rush from work. Stood outside the property for 5 minutes before ringing the agents. After no answer I found the store and went in. The lady who was waiting suggested she stayed until quarter past the hour, despite myself ringing her at 13 past after waiting for 5 minutes. Continued to insist she had been there despite that not being the case. Avoid at all costs.

This is possibly one of the worst and least considerate estate agents I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Lee the main lady in their office, is incredibly rude and all round unpleasant, treats tenants with contempt and will never make an effort to hide how unhappy she is that she is being called upon to actually do her job, but even then she won't.
As an estate agent we had loads of problems of them giving keys to workmen who would just freely walk into our home without giving any notice. When complaining to "Lee" about this on more than one occasion she would get irritated and go on about how it's not her problem... INCREDIBLE!
Avoid this estate agent like the plague.Their office looks legit and on first impression they look ok, but mark my words when you have to deal with them once you are in a contract they will try squeeze you dry. AVOID!
