My house went on the market with two agents in January 2017. We had a lot of interests but nothing serious. we had to change one agent and also add Tim Russ of Chalfont St. Peter in as well as the third agent. From the outset tim russ was very active and only sent potential buyers to us rather than anyone to keep the numbers up. In May 2018 Tim russ found us a buyer and we accepted their offer. Since the acceptance of our offer, Tim russ, especially Tony Martin, the manager was very active and involved to make sure the buyer wouldn’t lose interest and kept the whole process running very smoothly. Unfortunately, our buyer lost their buyer and the chain broke despite huge effort by Tony to keep the chain together. In May 2019, Tim russ again found us another serious buyer and once again after huge effort from Tim russ we finally sold our house on the 12th of August. Throughout the process before the exchange of contract, tony was constantly on top of things to make sure all concerned parties are happy. Just before exchange of contract, he went away and left the matter with Juliet Brown. Juliet was brilliant all the way up to exchange day. If it wasn’t for Juliet’s effort, we wouldn’t have exchanged contract when we did. I am so grateful to Tim russ team to finally sell our house after two years of marketing. A huge thank you to Tony and Juliet to go not only an extra mile but to go a lot further to close the deal. Even after completion and getting paid, they are still liaising between the buyer and me to answer their enquires and helping them to settle down. I found their customer care extremely rare and comprehensive compare to Any other agent and especially the agent I am buying from. Thank you Tim russ.... Read more
