Big shout out for Justine Heys in Rentals, who took customer service to new levels of help, advice and genuine kindness with her assistance to a very elderly friend of mine, who had to find alternative accommodation in Beaconsfield. His friends were looking for a miracle, and she facilitated that above and beyond. If you want to either rent or find a rental, give them a try. They pride themselves on caring for clients, and my friend experienced that in action. Thank you Justine.

Justine Heys went above and beyond to find my 88 year old Uncle a flat to rent. We literally had 3 weeks to find somewhere for him. He has ended up in a flat that is perfect for him. Justine even drove him to his bank in High Wycombe to organise the funds as he doesn’t have online banking nor does he drive.

I have been a tenant with Tim Russ for about 2 years now and I have had a great experience overall. When I first moved in, Sue and Kathi were incredibly helpful in getting me settled in. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free from the very beginning.
Throughout my time as a tenant, Sue and Kathi have continued to be supportive and responsive whenever I have had any issues. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to help. It is reassuring to know that there is a great team behind Tim Russ who genuinely care about their tenants.

I've been a tenant of Tim Russ for over 4 years and Kathi has been a pleasure to deal with, as the lettings manager. She is always very responsive, proactive and friendly. If there's a problem she has consistently addressed the issue with speed and efficiency. Very professional and would recommend to potential tenants.

The team at Tim Russ was a pleasure from start to finish. When viewing houses they were enthusiastic and knowledgeable.When we purchased our home through them they were calm, reassuring and incredibly helpful.
