It’s been a long, hard difficult sale for me for various reasons. Mark West has been there for me at all times. I couldn’t recommend Tim Russ any higher. They’ve been really good.

Tim Russ sold our house last summer (2025). We advertised over Easter and we had a good number of viewings resulting in an agreed sale price soon after. Three months later the process was complete. Thank you to Martin and the team in Hazlemere office.

Excellent experience with Tim Russ Beaconsfield Letting Agents from start to finish. The team are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and efficient, and they made everything feel straightforward and stress free. Their local knowledge and attention to detail really stands out, and it’s clear they genuinely care about providing a great service. We have used them to find tenants and have always been impressed with the quality of candidates they put forward. Special mention to Sue and Kathi in the Lettings Management department who have both been fantastic to deal with. They handle all the management of the property professionally and use trustworthy contractors whenever anything needs to be dealt with. Rob and Justine are also excellent at finding the best tenants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy letting agents in Beaconsfield!

Tim Russ – Kathi & Sue from the lettings team have been truly wonderful. They have looked after my elderly parents’ rental property for over 15 years, and in that time have been so much more than just letting agents — always kind, patient, caring, professional and incredibly efficient.
Their support and advice over the years has been invaluable, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help my parents, always treating them with such respect and genuine warmth. It has been a real comfort to our family knowing the property was in such safe and capable hands.
Now that my parents are selling the property, Kathi & Sue have continued to be amazing — helping us with historical paperwork and information for the solicitors and buyers without hesitation.
We honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic, and my parents will truly miss them — not just professionally, but personally as well.

Genuinely my best agent experience in 25 years (as both tenant & landlord). Efficient & rapid, but very focused, listen carefully, and all done with a good welcome. Laura in particular went over & above to help at every turn, & is a great ambassador for this co. Not often you can say this with agents, but hard recommend!
