We have just purchased our new home through Tim Russ and from start to finish couldn't fault the service we've received. We have dealt with Adrian from the 1st viewing and knew as soon as we stepped foot into the property, it was somewhere we wanted to call home. Finding out we are expecting our first baby not long after the offer was accepted, Adrian has gone above and beyond to try and keep the whole process as stressfree as possible. We honestly can't thank him enough for his patiences and professionalism from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him and Tim Russ to friends and family looking to buy or sell.

Tim Russ have recently sold a flat which I inherited from my mum and Dad , It was such an upsetting time for us , Adrian was very kind , knowledgeable and professional Tim Russ Wendover are excellent, the staff are all very helpful and friendly.During the selling process Adrian was excellent at keeping me informed and offering advice . They also help liasing with the solicitors throughout which is helpful particularly as the flat was leasehold.

From the moment I walked into their office until my completion date, I always felt that they 'had my back' and were with me all the way. This is my second sale with them, and wasn't easy due to my first buyer pulling out; however, their support and professionalism was second to none. They honestly made me feel as though I was their only client and that I was selling Buckinghamshire Palace!! I cannot recommend them highly enough, as they really do make dreams come true! Having bought two properties through Tim Russ, sold two and also let (as a landlord) via them, I can honestly say the whole of the Wendover team are the best estates I have dealt with. I say this as a former estate agent myself. This team act with integrity and transparency. Nicky Stotter is realistic with values which is why so often you see people list with them having failed with another. Laura Mullen is simply delightful to deal with. Always smiling, efficient and professional. Adrian Steggles does a thankless job progressing sales. All round a great bunch and by far the best most proactive estate agent in Wendover. Their competitions are not comparable. From my experience as a buyer, lazy, disinterested and in one case seemed to be closed every weekend we came from London to view. Save yourself the trouble and go straight to Tim Russ!

I dealt with Laura Mullen for a few months as we were involved in a rather long chain together. She was without doubt a breath of fresh air to deal with. When you are dealing with a chain where the other agents just had no clue and so unhelpful, to have someone like Laura involved, it made the whole situation so much easier. We worked as a team to get the chain moving, we spoke most days as it was the only way to get these buyers and sellers moved. I genuinely wish she worked closer to me then I may have another chance to work with her again.

We have had a long and complicated sale which included 2 buyers, a government run Help to Buy scheme and an international move to South Africa for us in the middle of it all. All of this makes for the stuff of nightmares, however Tim Russ and Laura Mullen in particular went above and beyond at every step of the process to get our sale through.
I genuinely do not think we would have completed yet had it not been for Laura’s perseverance and determination.
