I found a great rental flat through Oakwood Estates. Dev was excellent. He was professional, cheerful, courteous and seemed genuinely interested in what I needed and hoped for in my next home. He proactively contacted me when a suitable property became available - which I loved - guided me through the pre-rental checks and helped to move the process along. As well as being very good at his job he has a positivity that is refreshing, he was the best letting agent I encountered.
