Henry, Dan & the whole team at Tim Russ have been great and so helpful as I ventured on to the property ladder for the first time. Right from the start at my first viewing and answering any questions I had, all the way through the buying process keeping me updated on the status of the sale and chasing up relevant parties to ensure we remained on track - their customer service has been fantastic and truly appreciated during what can typically be a stressful and anxiety-inducing period. Would 100% recommend and I will definitely be seeking them out the next time I need to sell or buy a property.

Dan, Henry and the team were fantastic for us. An incredibly fortunate catch on Right Move led to a great viewing experience and then an incredibly efficient and no nonsense offer and acceptance process. Dan made sure that the status of the seller’s side of the sale was clearly communicated and was very supportive as we navigated a slightly more complicated process on our side. We have been helped to move into a wonderful new home. Many thanks to the whole Team at Tim Russ in Princes Risborough and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to move into the area.

My husband and I recently used Tim Russ Hazlemere to sell our house and we couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service they provided from start to finish.
Martin took great care listing our property and he and Jo helped us find a buyer within 3 weeks of putting it on the market (which we were thrilled with during the slow autumn market). When it came to exchanging, we had some delays further up the chain and Jo in particular went above and beyond chasing other agents and solicitors every day for a week to try and push it through for us. She kept us updated on the situation and generally made us feel much better during a very stressful time. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the whole team’s work, and couldn’t recommend them enough!

I could not recommend Tim Russ as an estate agency more. More specifically Sue and Kathi were an absolute breath of fresh air and could not have been more helpful to myself and my family. They are so very professional and made the entire process from start to finish the smoothest possible, we have never experienced such great service from any other agency and whilst people may think the big corporate agencies are best, I would disagree completely. I have never been so sure as to recommend Tim Russ to everyone. Thank you Sue and Kathi!

Simon Minter and the team have been fantastic. Simon has been helpful and professional throughout trying to sell our property. The team have been brilliant at chasing solicitors/solving issues when they arose. Without Simon's drive I feel we would have struggled to get to completion. I highly recommend Simon and the rest of team. A very big Thank You!!!.

Our boiler broke down between Christmas and New Year, within 10 minutes of our call Kathi had arranged for someone to come out and replace it meaning that we had hot water in time for New Year’s Eve! We are always very happy with the service that Kathi and Sue in lettings provide!
