We appointed Waterlows and Dexters to rent an unique, grade 2 listed house built in 1775. We set certain conditions for directors George, Jim and Joel. Their efficiency in organising the tenants resulted in the house being let in 2 weeks to a tenant who appreciated the history and style of the building. Very poor non existant service, cooker didn't work for two years, when flat was broken into was made to feel guilty about it, was instructed to get flat profesionally cleaned by recomended company, was then charged again to get flat cleaned, no smoke detectors, non fire doors.
