This is definitely a 5-star experience with the service from Tianna. I have had some frustrating experiences when communicating with some letting agents in London, which caused me to become very cautious about checking details as well as to be very cautious on the payment. Tianna understands where does this come from, and she always be kind to answer all my questions efficiently, and she is very diligent and professional. I feel so much trust and relief working with her. And she helped me find a good rental property that I feel like having a home here. I highly recommend Tianna.

I would like to make a comment on the service of this estate agency, KFH in Highgate Village. Euan Makhecha from KFH enabled the sale of the flat and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They streamlined the conveyancing by recommending their own solicitors who were absolutely brilliant: Boulter and Co in Crouch End. This made the process far easier than sourcing my own solicitor. All the team were superb and I cannot thank them enough.

Thank you everyone at KFH and especially Sawan Shah, Sharon and Ravi who secured us mortgage on our first property. Sawan was really helpful and and responsive through all stages of our property search, and offers on multiple properties.
He was very detailed and helpful in the initial stages, explaining us in great details all the requirements from mortgage lenders, what should we focus on to present ourselves as attractive borrowers, and what are strong and weak points of our financial situation. We sent out multiple offers on different properties, and Sawan was consistently very clear, responsive and proactive in communicating his availability and setting us up with multiple agreements in principle. At the end, it was no surprise to us when the purchase and mortgage went through without any problems or surprises, as we have already experienced very consistent and confident advise at all stages.
Overall we feel we couldn't be happier with the mortgage advisor experience, and we'd highly recommend him working with him.

Super satisfying experience with KFH Highgate, and our special thanks to Tianna and Chris who gave us tremendous help to find our first home in the UK!
We first contacted KFH after finding a home via Rightmove, it was however not available at the moment we inquired. We told Tianna that our first priority was to look for a home which is close to our child's school, and Tianna got back to us in no time with a property just within the school's walking distance. The property is also located in a very comfortable environment with friendly neighbours. Tianna and her colleagues at KFH Highgate also handled the logistic very smoothly, especially for us who are newly settled in the UK.

Euan (and in the earlier stages Oliver) worked tirelessly to help me sell my home. They clearly had excellent knowledge of the road and area, and secured me an above asking price offer which I could have only dreamed of.
But getting the offer was only the first step of the journey - and following on from this Euan was so clear with his communication, responsive and contactable at all times to answer questions and negotiate the finer details with the buyer. Although selling a house is stressful, Euan really helped to minimise any additional stress in the process at all.
