We bought our home using Goldschmidt and they were super helpful from the beginning. They showed us properties that popped up, even off market if they thought they would be of interest. We ended up going through with one and even with our complicated scenario were always available and offered us excellent service. Michael went above and beyond for us in many occasions and we just wanted to thank him and the team for helping us buy our dream home! We were looking for an apartment and were a bit complicated. Gabriella Simmons dealt with our issues, then took us to see a few places. She quickly had a sense of what we were looking for after a brief discussion and showed us a great place which we have now rented. There were a few little kerfuffle's with the renter that she handled with aplomb. Also just very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

The whole Goldschmidt team were great through the process of buying a house, but special mention must go to Michael Josephides. Michael was super-flexible at the beginning of the process, getting a first and second viewing on very short notice; he then gently pushed the process along on both sides and was transparent and communicative throughout. This would have been a much slower and less comfortable experience without Michael and he has my sincere gratitude.
