Giselle is a force of nature and you should choose Litchfields to sell your property.
Giselle is incredibly easy to work with, responsive and very, very funny.
We sold our house through Litchfields (the second property we have sold). They were able to very quickly get us several very good offers. Giselle was very good at helping us quickly evaluate the offers qualitatively.
Giselle is fantastic at shepherding buyers, estate agents, and solicitors through a timely exchange - and is exceptional at solving all of the usual (and unusual) issues during conveyancing.
I would not hesitate to use Litchfields/Giselle again.

We used Litchfields to sell our Highgate Home. They were superb from start to finish. Within days of being on the market there were over 20 viewings arranged and it got to sealed bids shortly after. We had exchanged contracts within six weeks of the house being on the market. They really know the Highgate market and are totally helpful and professional. They were also able to help me find house clearance and cleaners. I recommend them very strongly, both Giselle and John.
