Absolute disgrace! I am a landlord paying for fully managed service from chancellors, and they can't organise a repair without me having to do it all myself!

Please avoid this company at all costs!
Our property is four bed, full modernized and upto date has a drive way and garage with a large landscaped garden but after 25 viewings we had no offeres. I should also state we have a young child who seen last October had 9 admissions into hospital so most occasions we had to run home to ensure the house was tidy for these viewings.

Other estate agents were contacting us saying they have sold very similar properties in our area in a matter of days.
They seem to just get anyone through the door to view your house but it doesn't mean they are getting Interested parties .
On top of this they wouldn't release us from the contract even though it clearly wasnt working out.

They are not professional, the feedback is a joke ! Mainly an email stating that the person could find something bigger cheaper in your area ( trying to get you to drive your house price down)

I found myself having to contact them for information, any viewings, times and dates etc

Not only did the manager change at the Reading branch and we weren't Informed but he continued to send us reports?
Then this company put everyone on Furlough leave and knowing prior to this that our contract was ending didn't contact me and now still have my key to my property.
All I got was if it's not an emergency they cant give me my key back and the contact they do have on duty should actually be Furlonged as they themselves are vounable. ( I have a child who in January was in PICU in John Radcliffe hospital so I understand vounable)

Excuses, lies, and a waste of time!.

So they still have my key for as long as this current situation lasts even through our contract with them has ended.

The contact they do have answering emails shouldn't leave the house but was trying to tell me they could die if they did and would need to ask the police to leave, which is misinformed information on there part.

I simply cannot be bothered to argue with them any longer but will be seeking advice from my solicitor as I have been treated very poorly throughout the time we have been on the market with them.

Go anywhere but here ! Especially if you want to sell your property!

They are very polite, knowledgeable and very nice people. I viewed a property on Zoopla which I liked and arranged a viewing with them. Later on I reflected on the property and cancelled at the last moment as parking was a bit of inconvenience with that particular property, in my opinion. It was absolutely fine with them and they took rejection really well, they did not call me up and force me to view other properties like other estate agents. I did not use their service, but the first impression I got about the company is they are very professional, friendly and extremely polite people. I had a couple of interactions with them but
you can make out they are very good guys, as the saying goes childhood shows the man, as morning shows the day. Please take up their service you will not be disappointed. I was dealing with a person called Nicole Morris.

Shocked to see so many bad reviews.

My properties have been with David Paton and his team for several years now and I have never had a bad experience.

David is friendly, easy to contact and makes my life as a landlord incredibly stress free and easy.

His team always seem on the ball and have always sourced me a tenant in good time.
