Their terms are very unclear and charge you regardless of whether they sell your property or not! Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property.
I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

We are a good landlord but this agency gave us a tenant who had a history of leaving properties in a mess and failure to pay rent. We later found they hadn't carried out proper background checks.

still as a tennant now and have plenty of issues that were supposed to be fixed prior to moving un and its been nearly 5 months and still nothing, we've chased and chased and they honestly don't care as long as they get your money, definitely do not come here

The letting agency, headed by Mr Oliver Dwyer, has been very efficient and professional in all my dealing with them.
I would recommend them to anyone considering letting a property.

Terrible company.
No care for tenants at all.
Property damp and mouldy, complained to them, told to clean it off myself and get rid of my CONDENSER tumble dryer because apparently that was the issue.
No official complaints procedure.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Rented a property from this agency for a number of years, bad mould and damp, complained and tried to get them to help or do repairs. They simply said don't care about tenants.
Worst agency in Pembrokeshire.
Fact they have reset their reviews multiple times just to claw 2.5 rating says it all

Certainly would not reccomend them if you are wanting to rent through them. Not supportive, appeared to be very cagey. At least, that is my honest opinion.

This is with regards to the rental department.
They are VERY slow at fixing issues, it took more than six months for them to fix some issues and that was me chasing them every month on some occasions. The people that they send are basically cowboys and they did quickest, cheapest job just to stop you complaining.
In order for us to get our bond back we had left the property in a cleaner state than we received it in as we had done a military-style clean, we had to remove rubbish that belonged to the landlord and the previous tenants or we would get our bond back. The staff in the rental department are very unprofessional as well.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent from them. EVER. If I could post no stars I would.

Be warned
If you try to take a property off the mkt with them
They will charge you
They DO not inform you of this at signing terms and conditions.
Plenty of attitude from the staff
Very poorly marketed
Some bloke called ?? a director I think.
Thinks he’s very special !!!!.

The ombudsman are there for them and them only
Plenty of good agents in Pembrokeshire
But I for one will never recommend them to anybody

Appalling service. They do not check that the property has been left in a good state after tenants move out. They return the bond regardless. They then don't respond to your concerns.Go to agents that are professional and manage the property properly. Use at your property's risk.
